Beautifully located with such gorgeous views. The greenery and surrounding of the property is well maintained.
We were disappointed that despite checking before hand whether the pool will be open it wasn’t open! We travelled with 2 young children who were so looking forward to time in the pool. There is really nothing else for families with kids to do on the property. We had two glorious sunny days that would have been perfect for the pool!!
The other disappointing matter relates to the centralised heating and cooling. We were told over and over that because it’s autumn the temperature is adjusted to warm setting. We explained that the days of our stay were warm sunny days (high of 24 degrees) so we asked what can be done to assist us to sleep comfortably as we needed some cooling in the rooms. Nothing was offered. We were told there was nothing that can be done. I had to ask it there were stand alone fan units - just nothing was available. I think what bothers me most is there was no effort to think outside the box to assist your guests. I also explained our children were in a different unit where if we left windows open in the night there was no mosquito netting was available on the window so for security as well since the residence placed us parents elsewhere away from our kids unit it would not be possible to leave windows open overnight. Just very hot and sweaty nights in there with no options provided to us. Your staff told me it was illegal to switch the air condition on - I find that extremely hard to understand!!

The property is stunning, above expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Our room had one window which was about 30 by 30 cm, a bit unpleasant, making it feel dark and small and more like a storage room or basement.

The location is wonderful with amazing views over the Tuscan hills and just 20 minutes from Florence. The hotel is set in gardens with a lovely swimming pool and on-site parking. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfast outside was very good.
I would love to be able to give this place top marks but our room and bathroom were very small.

A beautiful period villa, converted to a handful of rooms, spaced out across the massive and immaculately trimmed grounds. The view of the rolling Tuscan hills is incredible, and there's more than a few places in the gardens in which one can sit and enjoy it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough. The staff were also incredibly helpful and gracious, providing us tips about the area as well as our onwards travel, and helping us with a number of other small requests.
In-room amenities, such as tea, coffee, kettle, etc., were lacking, though it was unclear if kitchen amenities were for shared use. WiFi reception in the room was almost nonexistent, likely owing to the thick stone walls and single access point -- a set of repeaters would do wonders!

The breakfast is superb, located in the beautiful ambience. The host was really nice and welcoming. The furniture is beautiful and adds to the Tuscan experience. I recommend just walking through the garden in front of the house in the morning since the nature around is gorgeous and calming.
Our room didn't have a lot of light, but it was not a big problem since we were there only for one night. It was probably also a more cost-friendly choice than the other rooms because of that.

This is a beautiful property, very well maintained in and outside, with spectacular views. There is plenty corners to sit outside and enjoy the day. Breakfast was very good. Also staff is very helpful and friendly (thanks to the lady for all tips and tricks of Firenze-unfortunatelly we forgot her name, and also to other staff members for good service).
They are also flexible with check in arrangemements. I would recommend staying here.
Wi-fi did not work in the room, only outside. I missed shelf in bathroom to put cosmetics on it.

Amazing place in Italy's country side, 20min driving from Florence. Really great staff and the best breakfast we had for the entire week we were in Italy. Best thing about this place was the garden with a great view.

What can I Say! My first time travelling to Florence for a business trip as a DJ Playing for a wedding which was at the Villa Corsini only 10 minutes away from the property, I needed something close to the venue and I found this BEAUTIFUL Villa with the most amazing view ever. It was so clean and the room was so lovely. Very clean and Sabina the manager was the best ever! She arranged taxis when I needed it and even dropped me down to the venue when it was the time of my event. She is the best!
Sabina greeted me with a lovely expresso after a long travel and gave me the gate number, her contact number and the numbers to the taxi companies.
I HIGHLY recommended this place! Please if you are reading this review, please stay here you will not regret it. The breakfast was lovely, the property had fresh water and lemon water all day to drink and fruit on the table. The house was shared with other people but you did not notice anyone until it was breakfast time where you would sit and have lovely conversations from residents that came from all over the world.
I have nothing bad to say about this property at all! BEST EXPERIENCE!!!! I WILL BE BACK.

It is set in beautiful gardens and is very well maintained. it is close to Impruneta but you have to drive to restaurants and shops. It is a little off the beaten path.
The original room we were given was very small, next to the breakfast room and dark. We paid more for a larger room with a garden view.

I won't be able to capture with words just how special this property is, for us it was a once-in-a-lifetime type stay, set in the rolling Tuscan hills with a view overlooking what felt like the world. A table and chairs set in the hill privately outside our room where we enjoyed an aperitivo & watched the sun set. The beautiful plants everywhere; acorn, citrus and olive trees, begonias overflowing enormous pots. The rooms are painted and decorated in a charming traditional style. Everything about this place is impressive! The location is magical, the pool is sensational, the service is outstanding, the breakfast was fantastic. I give it aaaaaallllll the stars & thank-you for the most marvelous stay

The swimming pool, views and grounds were amazing. There are sculptures and numerous sitting areas placed throughout the immaculately manicured grounds - everywhere on the property offers fantastic Tuscan Views. Any issue was resolved quickly and more than expected. The staff were ready to help and assist. It was peaceful, relaxing, and calming. The layout of the room gave plenty of privacy and separation (great if traveling with teens). The breakfast was relaxing and continental - fresh fruit (strawberries, cherries, and more), sweet croissant, toast, variety of jellies, honey, Nutella, exceptional coffee, prosciutto & cheese, fresh hard boiled egg, and many more options. We would certainly choose to go back to enjoy the peace and harmony this hotel offers.
Would prefer night stands on both sides of the bed and some of the furniture was in the way, for example a floor lamp and tv stand at the foot of the bed gave very little space to walk around. Rcommend hanging the TV on the wall and moving the floor lamp out of the room, and placing a nightstand and lamp on both sides of the bed.

Beautiful villa, beautiful location, friendly crew, perfect breakfast, 25 min. ride to Firenze city through beautiful landscape, good shower and hard but good bed. Parking on site behind automatic fence.
We were in room nr3 this room has a very very smal window and you can hear the water being used in room nr2 toilet flushing and shower but that's is not problematic.

It's truly an idyllic place. The setting is so romantic and it's so peaceful here we were really sorry to leave. There are very few rooms in comparison to the size of the garden and all facilities so no matter if it's full or not it's always quite and peaceful. Definitely a place to come back to!
