Staff were friendly really clean and close to beach very quiet to relax

The air conditioning in the room very noisy kept us awake, breakfast ok but lunch and dinner not great, for my taste. Entertainment could be improved.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and breakfast and dinner were excellent. The location for us was perfect very little walk to the beach in front, and very easy to go to other beaches.

The cleaning staff was very friendly and professional Maria at the reception has been really helpful Cosy room with a fantastic view, we really appreciate the extra attention

wifi where they move me to wasn’t working properly so I had to come to the lobby to connect

The location is good in the middle of the island. You can reach anywhere easily if you have a car. The services is good and the hotel and the rooms are clean.Very friendly Staff, buffet was ok not the best but a lot of variations.

the bed was the worst bed in my life. I could not sleep well for 5 days and this thing negatively affected my vacation and made it very bad, mattress was a disaster and the bed was made of two separate beds, they kept moving away from each other. payed about 200€ a night not to sleep like a camping in the wildness.

Perfect beach and sea, nature...

Average food (especially every day some meat was raw-uncooked), desserts and cakes still the same. All inclusive weaker.

The attitude of some of the staff .. I had booked a room with a sea view at the hotel and upon arrival It wasn’t available and was moved to an appartment and told it would be full board . Which in the end was half board . The appartment is in an annex with all families with small children . Which is why I wanted to stay at the hotel , but had no choice but to accept what I had been given .. if I had known this was going to happen I would have stayed else where

Definitely overpriced for what they offer. The room is standard size. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is really really small (toiletries are also not available). The walls are so thin you can hear all the other rooms and everything that is said in the corridors as well. We are staying a week in Menorca and we had already booked another hotel for the second half of the week - it is literally half the price and way better.
