Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Das Gepäck kann vor dem Hotel entladen werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Gutes Frühstück, Freundliches Personal, insbesondere die Dame beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Dachterrasse haben wir nicht gefunden. Allerdings haben wir auch nicht nachgefragt, da es geregnet hat.

It’s freezing cold in rooms, only AC can make you feel warm. Freezing cold in bathroom. I think thank to this hotel we got rotavirus and it was awful. Breakfast 3,5/5.

Hotel staff were polite and courteous. The rooms were clean and toilet was immaculate. Location was absolutely perfect.

The restaurant staff where the buffet breakfast was was extremely rude and very offensive. The elder women shouldn't be in the service business.. clearly looked down on us and raised her voice when we had an inquiry. Very very discouraging!

Room comfortable, staff very helpful. Good location, very clean. Lift in hotel, close to good restaurants, the new bridge and old town. Excellent buffet breakfast worth the extra 10 euros per person. Most of all great value for cost

The breakfast was very poor. If the breakfast would better I would definitely give 10 because everything was perfect!

The room was very comfortable and spacious. A very nice large and clean bathroom too. The breakfast was good and lots of choice with good coffee too. The location was very convenient for shopping and historical sites.

Location, clean room, hotel staff..

Very nice hotel, excellent value. Small but comfortable room with a good writing desk, good wifi, friendly staff who gave us lots of travel tips. What is excellent: a kitchen below where you can warm up and eat your own meal, make some tea etc. A great feature. The attached restaurant is very good (excellent cakes).

Bed was ok, could have been more comfortable (felt like we were sleeping on bedspring). All else was very good and we would come back.

the lady in reception was so kind and nice. She let me know there was a festival in Ronda. Even she was way back home from her work, we recognized me and said hello to me. I thank her so much! And room was pretty I loved it. it seems each room has different pictures on the head of bed.

Comfortable, clean, convenient location and friendly staff. Warm, nicely decorated and has an elevator. They even recommend a special circular route that took us all the way around the gorge. The café was fantastic and there's a kitchen you can use.

Only positive things to say!
