Disscustin and cold every day but very clean

Food and I payed for a alll inclusive week and I fit three drunks onley all day witch included wine or larger onley with food and no buffet only sandwich wrapped in clingfilm was the onley option and every other drink had to be payed for I think the advert for this hotel should state the rules

Extremely clean everywhere, friendly and helpful staff, good wi-fi connection. The coffee from the machines, at breakfast was sursprisingly good. Excellent views from the rooftop. Nice guests, not crazy party animals.

Terrible bed, it was like laying in a hammock. I had half board and the food at dinner was the worst I ever experienced in Mallorca (normally the buffet, in both 4 and 3 star hotels, is of much better quality). You hear all noise, from outside (despite being several floors up) and from the nearby rooms: from simple coughing to neighbours having sex.

I was only there for one night and arrived at 1.30am but the reception was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely the next day and with checkout not til 12, I was able to visit the market nearby and take some time at the pool. Wish I had been there for sunset and the cocktails though!

The food is minimal in choice and small buffet area. The room was double instead of single and no balcony and the windows couldn't open, first floor. I think of the small price i payed, booking a long time ago. 50% of the normal price more or less i accept that you don't get the best room top floor witjh sea view, so i was fine with it. The diner and breakfast options would be a reason to go to another bigger hotel

Really nothing. It was the worst hotel i have stayed in and i have stayed in many hotels in Mallorca. The only good thing was the coffee machine 😊

Room was not cleaned on arrival.. i ended up cleaning it myself. No towels. Other peoples rubbish under the bed. A quilt cover thrown on the bed used as a sheet and a sheet put over the duvet cover to act as a cover... Staff were not friendly The food was cheap and full of oil and the cheese was mouldy.. Salads were reused all day Overpriced

The hotel needs to be refurbished urgently, its very old and maintenance has not been done quite ok. Our balcony door didn‘t close properly, the main door‘s lock was a bit broken and didn‘t seem very trustable. Walls are like paper, you can hear everyone talking, our neighbour snored like a bear and felt like it was in our room, it was impossible to sleep through the whole night …

Most of the staff where rude 1 even saying she didn't like her job they was 1 receptionist who was very helpful and nice

Value for money, it's similar price to an apartment in the same area, but you get free soft drinks water etc. Limited alcoholic drinks and 3 meals a day. Great staff and the room was ideal for a short stay, comfy bed, good shower and a balcony with a good view. If you book with the mindset that its a good base to explore the area and if around at meal times can pop in and grab a bite to eat you will not be disappointed. But reading some peoples reviews they are expecting a 5 * all inclusive resort this isn't but that's reflected in the price. Would definitely stay again, great location for beach, restaurants and easy bus access to Palma and a good alternative to an apartment.

Only thing I didn't like was the coffee, really wasn't to my taste it had a smokey burnt taste. The kitchen struggled to keep up at meal times, one occasion there was food out and no plates another there was plates and no food. To be fair this is possibly not the hotels fault, they do their best to spread the load by assigning rooms a time slot, but I guess most people ignore and go when they want.

I liked the mattress and pillows, I booked all inclusive, a d the food was good, like it have a big balcony, They have baggage room. Recepcionist , Bar tender very nice . Great value for the price Walking distance to the beach a d public transportation

The hair dryer stopped working after 2 minutes, the recepcionist said it stop once hot. Bring your own dryer if you can. The sheer door were not sealed, therefore water splashed to the floor, besides water was coming out of the base of the bathroom using, basically we had to throw all the towels to the floor, never fixed No free safe box

dirty!! elevator broker and got stuck in it! no blanket had to ask for one and it was basically a baby blanket! pillow was horrible! so loud from the bar downstairs and the park across the street kids playing till late at night! the maids don’t know how to clean a room! also no fitted sheets on the bed horrible! food at the buffet is awful! I would rate this hotel a zero. the pictures on the website are from 1990 when they first opened probably.

This was the worst experience from which I will take a long time to recover and i promise iam not a sensitive princess !!!!! -dirty plates -dirty glasses -mold everywhere -the smell in the hotel and in front of the hotel was unbearable -dirty towels - dirty and smelly bedding -and the people/staff who work there? At first I thought that they were being forced to work and I was waiting for a sign that they needed help, but they work there voluntarily with the worst mood ever . I salute the thin, tall, senior bartender from the lower bar who didn't want to give me water in a paper cup, (while they used it for non-alcoholic drinks in common ) I got sick on the 7th day … like hight-temperature and acne like i never had … My friend got herpes from unwashed glasses. I will not comment on the chef's art of recycling food. He managed to turn the breakfast sausage into an appetizer for dinner. please if you dont want to be sick and traumatized never ever go to this hotel except you are german group of noisy and drunk people . greeting from Slovakia :*

Hotel is located 3 minutes walk from the beach and receptionists were very friendly. My single room was very comfortable and air conditioning was perfect. Waiters (ladies specially) very friendly and hard working. Rooftop bar was nice.

Bartenders seemed to be very demotivated and would often ignore us guests while discussing between themselves in Spanish. Room was comfortable but not the cleanest - I took 20 minutes to clean a bit before I got completely comfortable there. I could see hairs and nails from previous guests on the floor. Many guests at the pool area were commenting on food. (eggs were cold, pasta weird and quality of food bad) for me breakfast was ok, standard like in most of 3 stars hotels. For lunch and dinner pasta was not the best and tomato sauce bitter unfortunately. Plates were dirty unfortunately so it took some time for me to find the one that I could actually use. Often ran out of clean glasses which is quite annoying.
