The hotel offers decent sized rooms, I got one with partial sea views what was a plus. Comfy mattress, so all I'm looking for on a five days trip. Super friendly staff around the hotel from check in over breakfast area, sky bar and check out. Don't miss the sky bar at sunset, it offers an amazing view and during the day a nice place to relax close to the rooftop pool.

Sehr, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und hat uns alle Wünsche und Fragen bestens erfüllt. Es verlief alles sehr unkompliziert. Es war zudem angenehm ruhig und alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der kleine Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern war sehr praktisch, sauber und hat bestens funktioniert.

Der Toilettensitz war etwas wackelig. Es gab leider keine Kleiderschränke, anstatt des Schreibtisches könnte man lieber einen Kleiderschrank einbauen. Leider kann man die Badezimmertüren nicht abschließen. Die Dusche war auf den Böden bereits sehr abgenutzt und die Duschtrennwand sehr wackelig. Es fehlten Handtuchhalter auf den Balkonen, dafür konnte man sie über die Glaswände hängen.

Gute Lage, inmitten der Häuser von Einheimischen und nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Wir hatten einen netten Ausblick vom Balkon und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern mit bequemen Betten und Kissen. Das Bad hatte genug Abstellmöglichkeiten und eine sehr gute und große Dusche. Entgegen einiger Rezensionen hier, empfanden wir die Zimmer überhaupt nicht als hellhörig. Die Rooftop Terrasse und ihr Ausblick ist wirklich schön! Das Frühstück für 12€/Person hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und bietet genügend Auswahl und frisch zubereitete Pfannkuchen und Eier (Rührei, Spiegelei und Omlett). Das Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit und nett!

Man zahlt für die Nutzung des Zimmersafes 3€/ Tag extra - das habe ich vorher noch nie erlebt. Die 3€ sollte das Management den Gästen nicht extra aus der Tasche ziehen und würde den unschönen Beigeschmack des sonst schönen Aufenthalts vermeiden. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten beim Frühstück schmeckt leider nicht gut. Das schreiben sehr viele als Feedback und müssen das leider bestätigen. Dieses Manko endlich mit einer besseren Kaffeemaschine abzuschaffen ist wohl auch eine Sache des Managements…

Superb location, only 2 minutes walk from the beach. Ideal for a 4 night stay, as only 15 minute taxi from the airport. Hotel was close to the end of the strip and the nicer part, lovely location for a couple. Rooftop pool and bar was superb with a great view of the sea, especially for sunset. Music was a big bonus with a great atmosphere up there..Good selection of food and drinks at pool bar. Room was very clean with sheets changed every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On check out, we were able to store luggage in a luggage room for the day and also had use of showers before leaving.

Room was a little small and there was a bit of an unusual smell coming from the bathroom when you re-entered the room. Had to pay for the safe if you wanted to use it.

The breakfast was okay.

The area is to for people who wants to come and relax. A lot of teenagers who are partying, same goes for the hotel a lot of party people. The AC in the room did not work properly, we had 26-28 degrees the whole time.

The food was really good, stuff was awsome and helpful . Drinks in the bar were great. Location is good, it’s near bus station, beach and restaurants. Beautiful views from the sky bar.

In the shower there were some stains or something, my sheet had a stain too. Beds were spliting and not so comfortable (7/10). There were only 2 elevators and a lot of people so sometimes you had to wait for a while.

Near the beach

Beds were really comfy. View from balcony was amazing. Clean and simplistic/minilistic. The breakfast was fantastic, great selection on offer.

It was quite narrow around the beds but this didn't bother us as didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

Booking in seamless, location super, a block back from the beech (yacht club) side of Arenal. As not on front line not a all noisy.. Close to a great walk away out the headland with fab views. Breakfast for the fussy great food choices (self service) Skybar - georgeos, romantic at night, pricing v fair, can sunbathe, big plunge pool. For a person not good with heights:- me! I felt safe, not good with lifts! - lift was fast. On checkout, there is a room set aside with lockers for your baggage and seperate shower room with towels given out from receptiion for your needs..

No negatives at all, if tv or aircon were difficult to navigate get reception to sort.

The location and the hotel itself its really nice and the facilities are great value for money.

The cleaning stuff was unbelievable loud. Despite the fact that me and my family were at different floors the problem was the same really noisy cleaning staff and of course was for the entire morning so. Me and my family we couldn't enjoy a late morning sleep and that is just a pity because in holiday you need that.

Nothing, the hotel was horrible and disgusting.

Everything! The room was awful, the light was falling off the ceiling, the bedding wasn't clean, they rushed our room as it wasn't ready upon arrival, the balcony was disgusting and the view was even worse. We overlooked rubble and building works and could see into the nearby houses. The area was just as bad, don't go if you aren't German! The staff were unpleasant and weren't helpful at all. They didn't seem interested or bothered, and when we asked for the luggage storage key, it seemed like a major problem for the man on reception. We encountered an issue with some fellow people staying at the hotel as they were extremely loud and rowdy, and the staff didn't do anything to help. We checked out on the same day, it's safe to say we won't ever be returning here.

We stayed in this hotel for our last night. I would gladly recommend this place, the beds were super comfy, breakfast selection was amazing, hotel is located near main beach and the swimming pool and roof bar were nice benefit. We thought it would be super busy but since we were in off season we basically shared the whole bar with only two more couples. Overall I think this hotel was perfect and I would definitely come back. I also must highlight that we could leave our bags in the storage room where you could even use lockers which was fantastic since I was on business trip and needed to have my laptop safe.

The only thing that I would point out is that wifi works mainly for people who wants to check the internet few times a day for something like instagram etc, for me since I was working from "homeoffice" from the hotel room, the wifi was not enough and I had to use my own data. Luckily I had pretty easy day so it was fine but if I was to stay and work here for days I would have to get the paid interenet and hope that it works better. Also, and this is not something that hotel is responsible for but I want to maybe suggest is that when we were leaving for the airport we were told that there is a bus stop right above the hotel which is true. The problem was that on that particular date there was some route change and the bus never came as that day it was not even going that way. Thankfully I went to ask to the tourists office which is right on the same spot and have been informed of this change so we walked to another 2 stops and there we got on to a bus. However if we stayed on the stop we were told in the hotel (or even went only to the second bus stop from there) we would have miss our flight. I would recomment to the hotel staff to maybe ocasionally check with the tourist office for any upcoming changes and also for the customers I would recommend to give yourselves a bit more time because the buses in Mallorca dont really go on the scheduled time, they sometimes dont even ride the same route and it is just being really trickly. Also there is nothing like Uber in here so be aware of that, you gotta use Mallorca taxi which is not that cheap. Buses are fine once you get on them and are cheap :)
