The staff was very helpful and caring

The very squeaky floorboards in the bedroom and bathroom. Also didn't like dogs in dining areas

Very noisy their was zero soundproofing they wouldn’t close windows or doors to the function room or ask them the dj to turn it down.

Good location. It's an older building but seems well kept. Room was basic but provided everything I needed. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The evening method I did have (missed a few) were also good.

Food service in the evening finished to early. 7.45pm kitchen closed.

Late check in was fine, room was nice and clean, comfy and plenty of room. Breakfast was good, both continental and cooked. I was able to specifically order what I wanted rather than buffet or just full English on offer.

There was only 1 thing I noticed that was needed or missing. A hook to hang your coat up. That's it, brilliant stay.

We have known the North Euston as a Fleetwood family for several generations. It’s a perfect location. There are signs of wear and tear in some areas eg. carpets and the ladies toilet downstairs did smell of urine. Could have been fresher. The bar area service and food were good and staff friendly. Clearly building work was ongoing so improvements are in progress.

This is not the first time we stayed at the hotel. The staff were exceptional (most remembered Cathy and me). What more can you say about the best hotel on the Wyre coast? We can't wait to return.

Everything was fine, nice room, pleasant view, and terrific housekeeping staff.

The food was lovely no fault. But the room and bathroom I had was small and could do with an update but the bed was comfy and had everything I needed.
