The hotel is located directly on the Nile, on the promenade. The Luxor Museum and the Luxor Temple are also within easy walking distance. The Kanak Temple is about 2.5 km away. The staff is very attentive and very courteous and friendly. We can recommend the hotel.

breakfast is great, you can get the breakfeat after you come back from the first round of hot ballon. location is very good, right near the river, also has a balcony so you can go out and see the nile river. wish to have more time staying here, but just 1 night, havn't got the chance to try out the big pool, pool looks nice though

I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter recently and we had the most magical stay of our whole Egyptian adventure! This was the best hotel out of our 2 diff locations, everything about it was perfect for us! The location is top class, with amazing views of the river Nile. I often sat myself at night when my daughter was asleep and just watched the world go by and it was so fascinating to watch! It’s so close to both Luxor and Karnak temple you can walk to them yourself. We walked back from Luxor temple and it only took us about 10 mins. The museum and mummification museum are both within a 5 min walk also. The best part of the hotel was absolutely the staff! From Ali the manager, GiGi in guest relations, Nouby the lifeguard, the waiting staff were all so attentive and too many to mention! We also booked our trips with the hotel through Hassan and Mansour and they were so helpful it sorting out what we wanted and when. They delivered spectacularly, especially the sunset boat trip on the Nile. The pool is very child friendly with a part sectioned off to make sure they can’t wander to the deep end by mistake. There was always a lifeguard on duty as well. As a single parent, they went above and beyond to help me out with bringing things to my room for me instead of my daughter having to wait, like an ice bucket from the kitchen. It was no problem to call reception for anything to be sent up. The chef and kitchen staff were also very accommodating with our requests and the food was always fresh and tasty.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but some guests may not like some of the traffic noise at night if your room is a nile view one. Balcony doors can be closed anyway!

Le personnel s’occupant des activités vous appelant dans votre chambre à 22h30 pour savoir si ils peuvent vous vendre leurs excursions à des prix EXORBITANTS ou directement au petit déjeuner à peine réveiller . Nous avons détester de se faire alpaguer à de multiples reprises et à des heures incorrects surtout à des prix démesurés comparé aux locaux dans la rue ne prenez pas les excursions avec eux arnaques garanties . Ainsi que les retards pour l’ouverture du spa , salle de sports , … alors qu’à l’inverse à 10h01 on vous met la pression pour finir le petit déjeuner , la détente pour les vacances ne font pas vraiment de paire avec cet établissement

Die lage direkt an der corniche in der nähe vom luxor museum ist gut. Und die aussicht vom kleinen balkon über den nil auf theben west ist einfach nur schön. Das personal wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das zimmer war angenehm groß und sehr sauber

Dringend notwendig wäre eine neue matratze, da diese mehr als nur durchgelegen war. Fühlte sich mehr wie eine hängematte an. Die klospülung hängte öfters, so dass ab und an keine spülung möglich war. Der gesamteindruck war dass das hotel schon etwas abgewohnt ist. Das restaurant indem das frühstücksbüffet angeboten wird hat den charme einer großkantine

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel! Hotel is keurig, kamers schoon en ruim. Zwembad heerlijk. En het ontbijt uitstekend verzorgd.
