Personal muy atento y dispuestos a apoyar, el desayuno estuvo variado pero básico. La ubicación estuvo muy bien pero es díficil tomar transporte provado desde el lugar. Tienen folletos de eventos interesand´tes en la ciudad.

El internet nunca funciono, no había recepción de datos moviles y practicamente estabamos incomunicados. La regadera era diminuta y se encharcaba. La puerta que conectaba a la habitación no cerraba bien y tenías que empujarla con mucha fuerza para asegurarte.

Wi-fi was all through the motel but we had no wi-fi in room 201 it would work but as soon as you walked passed room 203 it would drop out. Not helpful in planning your next travel destination.

The staff were very helpful. We were able to leave luggage before check in and after check out. The wifi worked well. Breakfast and coffee good. The location is great for sightseeing.

The toilet is way too high making it quite uncomfortable. The pillows are too thick and no spare pillows as an alternative.

across the other side of the street could see me in my room, net curtains required, it was also a back street the rubbish was appalling, and I know the story ,

The room smelled of cold cigarettes, obviously not the hotel fault, but a previous bad guest; but the staff came to spray the room and offered to change rooms. The toilet was also installed by a giant apparently and my feet could barely touch the floor which was uncomfortable experience.

Friendly hotel right in the centre of things ... great spot to enjoy nantes' exuberant streets and buzzing restaurants. The staff here are knowledgeable and keen to help. Good breakfast too.

Liked everything although rooms are small and some might find the decor a bit dated. Nothing to worry about though. There's a lovely courtyard out the back and the hotel is quite quiet considering its urban setting.

Friendly staff and good location. Right next to castle and convenient for Cite conference centre.

Basic room. Desk too small to work at. No iron in room - had to borrow from reception, but no ironing board available at all. Toilet mounted on wall too high off the floor to use comfortably!

Great location close to the station and the castle. Very large room freshly decorated and clean. Well priced. The staff were helpful and there was luggage storage space.
