Large clean rooms, with comfortable beds. Good quality restaurant - which was busy so best to book ahead. Peaceful setting with plenty of parking.

The design of the dining rooms is very impressive

1. There were no towels in the bathroom. 2. Dining - (a)The main course (chicken) was tasteless/bland & was definitely the worst meal we have had at this hotel. (b) We ordered cheese with bread for our final course but the bread never arrived.

Hotel located on a good spot

Staff very busy and unfriendly. You had to wait a long time for service. Booked a spot in restaurant but after 3 hour wait we got left over sandwiches out the car and ate them in our room. Will not visit again.

Very nice place outside Saint Dié, at the end of the Route des Crètes. Fantastic restaurant, good breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Loud talking until 2 am in the night, kept me from sleeping.

Excellent location, loads of parking, nice atmosphere and attractive garden. Restaurant food was good but a limited vegetarian choice. breakfast was excellent and was served with great coffee.

No coffee or any drinks in room

Internet connection is very slow and unstable. I believe the administration knows about this as this is the sole disadvantage of this place.

Nice place, friendly staff, room as you would expect. Clean. We arrived a bit late and though other people were still eating we couldn't have dinner but it looked nice. They gave us a cheese plate to eat in the room. Good parking on site. Dog friendly. I'd stay there again.

The room was a bit cold and the heating control was broken, the wires weren't attached. The pillows could have been more comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to sit in the restaurant with the other people while we were eating the cheese plates rather than have to sit in the room.

Clean modern rooms, with balcony and view on the pond. The dinner was just great and the staff concern about Covid-19 is super.

Not much really, the location is not exceptional, this the only comment we can make. And there are stairs not very convenient for suitcases.

The rooms are clean and very spacy. Those with a view on the small lake are impressing. The food is great on breakfast. And the staff is very helpful.
