Lovely view clean and comfortable, not much in the way of breakfast
Too many stairs corridors too long. Dragging motorcycle kit about is hard enough three flights and a 100 ft corridor was a too much

Right on the camino. Good sized clean room. Shutters to keep out light and noise
I was greeted by “we are closed today”. It was Monday and staff day off apart from one person. You must find food elsewhere on Mondays.

Wonderful view.
1. Big terrace right outside room (with the view) was public ie lack of privacy.

the restaurant was really good ( food and great view) and the service friendly- the location was useful being right in the Camino- the room was clean- the lady who I briefly saw in the morning was charming
the rooms were quite basic and charmless and the hotel looked over a road which was noisy- the lady who welcomed me was a bit frosty but did change my room to one which was a bit farther from the road

dinner menu is expensive and they slip extras on like bread and pre starter without telling you !! naughty - my dinner bill ended up with €7 of extras !

Very friendly staff. Lovely view from the hotel which is set high up. Lovely dinner.
There is no breakfast buffet but you can get a drink and croissant/toast from the bar.
Some noise from the road and unfortunately from other guests in the hotel.

Very nice owner. There was a small plumbing problem. She put us directly in an other room. Food is great. Especially the txuletta from the grill. The octopus was to die for. Nice view.

The staff were great. The guy running the bar/food was really helpful. I was walking the Camino and he asked me what time I'd like to eat, what was on menu etc. I was leaving early following day and lady said it would be before breakfast but she would leave me something out to have/take - she did, and it was good to have a coffee/orange and some food to start day.

I had wanted to stay in Deba, the next town on the Camino but couldn’t find a reservation there, so I opted for this hotel, and I’m glad I did. It was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Best of all, it was a few steps off the Camino.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
