Staff were so nice and friendly, really helpful, really enjoyed our stay will definitely go back!

Amazing location, away from the crowd, with direct access to the sea behind the property. The view is just marvellous. The breakfast is generous, although it is missing fruits. Friendly staff.

The shower had traces of humidity (black) and was not in very good condition. The bathroom actually spread some smell of humidity to the rest of the room. For breakfast we were given various small dishes (bread, honey, cheese, olives...), which were nice, although we could not choose what we want (you get everything, but no fruits available and coffee is instant one..). Communication in English was not always possible

Pool

Very difficult to communicate with the staff as they didn't speak much English and seemed not happy to help. Room was dirty and smelled terribly, after the first night we asked for a room change but they said they were fully booked, but after we contacted booking customer service, magically they had a room available. It was better but still towels were dirty. They don't change lines, towel, toilet paper, etc. Is far from Cesme centre, so if you want to stay here you need to have a car. Bread served at breakfast looked like it was from the day before

The hotel wasn’t clean at all, there were plumbing issues and we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned daily rather then that being the standard throughout. When they would clean our rooms it wouldn’t be up to par for example they wouldn’t change the bin regularly nor did they clean our toilet. The toilet was broken and so was the shower. The pool was extremely cold and full of floaties. As for the beach front, it’s not a beach you take the stairs into the water but it is cold and full of fish, you can’t go in without beach shoes either because you can hurt your feet with the things inside the sea. The breakfast was mostly stale and the options were limited. Location wise it was far from everything but you can take a bus (dolmus) from in front of the hotel to go to altinkum beach which was lovely or the cesme centre but we preferred alacati centre.

Exceptional view, nice pool though with mouldy grout. Air conditioning excellent, shower superp lots of hot water good pressure. Bed good quality mattress. Generally the hotel is lovely and modern but needs attention to lots of problems

Virtually no cleaning going on dirty floors everywhere. Pool area never cleaned . Lovely big lounge cushions in the sea and on the beach .staff saw this and didn't bother collecting them . Bar not opened at all despite the hotel being almost full . Empty bottles just left all around the bar . The hotel management need to manage and ensure care is taken to maintain the hotel . Having been to turkey many times I know this is not the norm nobody here takes any pride in this establishment which is a great shame .We loved our stay here but you cannot help notice the poor cleanliness all around the hotel. By the bar area are coffee stains there when we arrived still there when we left. All my issues here did not affect my stay but in a proper run Turkish hotel this would not happen

Location is good, you have beach and pool. Taxi ride costs only 50-60 YTL from hotel to Ceşme Marina. Dolmus(minibus) costs 13YTL.

Hard to get a hold of taxi because the hotel is on the highway. But if you have time on your side and can wait 10-20 minutes a taxi will come. The minibus sopposed to come every 30 minutes but they are usually late.
