Location and price

The property is not meant for rental. The building management has put up big sign that the units in the building only for owner. Only registered owner and family members can enter the premises using face recognition thus the visitors cannot enter the premises without the owner presence.

Location is the same building to the wedding hall that i attended

- very small house for a family - toilet smell due to building drainage itself…i dont think this problem will settle - according to the owner they have a cleaner but unsure why house is dirty (eg..look photo) - the apartment is not meant for homestay/outsider…to enter the building need face recognition so we have to call and wait for the owner to come down in order to open the door - parking for one day is RM15 ( written on it max RM12)

Nearby to parcel eaay for me to attend meeting , walking distance to alamanda. Easy to shop & eat
