Brilliant location, very nice pool. Balcony with a view of the plaza was very good. Really nice blackout curtains and shutters. Restaurant below was very nice, good value.

Bed was quite hard, but apart from that all very good.

Un camarero de la cafetería del hotel, super borde fuimos a desayunar paso delante nuestro y nos ignoraba con muy mala cara , no tuvo un rato pasaba delante nuestro y como si no estuviéramos no levantamos y nos fuimos a otra cafetería , las chicas de recepción de la mañana muy amables pero el hombre de la noche ni mirarnos ni un buenas noches otro borde , para el sitio donde estan cara al público la ducha super pequeña

Excellent central location, room more than adequate, taxi drop off in hotel car park - access via lift, great breakfast in adjoining cafe, staff polite and helpful.

Buffet hat es nicht gegeben. Im Café und nach Aussage der Rezeption dort nur ein Kaffee, ein Osaft und ein Brot. Wir haben uns dann unser Frühstück selber zusammen gestellt und extra bezahlt.

The room was amazing, I booked a standard room, which was at the back of the hotel and I was happy with that but I think for this hotel it needs to be highlighted that the room is at back and has a balcony or Juliet balcony.

First class!! Spotless, great staff and facilities, room cleaned every day, fresh towels every day, ideal location, 1 min to buzz but situated in quiet plaza ….. 2 star?!?! Never……I’d rate it 4 star easily

Very good location: in a big calm square with great views but just 1min away from restaurants/shops. The room was very nice and clean. The rooftop pool was just perfect. Quiet and nice with amazing seaview. The staff was very helpful and nice, they addressed us to good restaurants and held our bags for a couple of hours after check in so we could go do some more activities.

The bed was too hard and not very comfortable

Upgraded to superior room with view over the Plaza . Daily service ofoue room was excellent . Very pleasant staff. Small size Balcony . Breakfast was simple choices but fresh and plentiful. Very enjoyable.

Love the pool . Everywhere was spotless. The rooms , pool area lovely , Tony on reception was fabulous , nothing was too much trouble he was so helpful. Lovely restaurant down stairs.

Fabulous location-convenient for bars, restaurants and shops and the Balcon de Europe! Small, quiet hotel with friendly staff! The pool and jacuzzi area spotless clean and lovely comfy sunbeds and chairs! Wished we’d stayed longer! Hopefully will be back again soon!

No microwave in breakfast room - but certainly not a criticism of the lovely food provided!

It’s in a fabulous location and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

My only issue was the jacuzzi on the roof wasn’t working while I was there!

Lovely modern pool and the view was spectacular with the mountains in the background and the sea in front. Very clean. Lovely comfortable bed and room. We didn't have breakfast incl but the breakfast was fab with a great choice of food. Always busy there which is a good sign.

1st time to park at the hotel's parking lot is difficult. you have to park somewhere else first, walk to the hotel, then the hotel staff will give you a map with instruction of their 12 euro/ day parking lot, feeling like a treasure hunting game.
