Amazing place, the pool and the quality of the food was the best.

In the beginning it was tricky that they do not serve lunch. But we travelled by car during the days to nearby towns for lunch. And we got “lighter” lunch with sandwiches and fruit in the Masseria by the pool.

The design and history of the building , peace, fantastic food, wine and wonderful staff who made us feel part of their family We were very sad to leave and had emotional goodbyes with all the staff

We had an amazing 3 night stay. The hosts could not have been more help or accommodating. Roxanne did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the pool was peaceful and relaxing and the food was simply fantastic. The best food out of our whole time in Italy. We loved it here and will be back. Would highly recommend

The setting is stunning, restaurant is beautiful and serving delicious pasta and wine. Service was brilliant - a great couple running a great masseria!

Staff was excellent very kind and pro active. Excellent room. Great fresh breakfast. Great wine with small plates of food. Cosy pool area. We want to come back and stay longer next time.

Water taps were a bit difficult to manage, but we managed.

I loved the friendliness of the owner and staff and all the dogs wagging their tails to greet you. The breakfasts were full of on site products, peach, pomegranate and other juices amazing. The room was delightful, bed was good but could have had a few more little essentials

I’d like to see some of those slippers supplied as the tile is cold . Also the hot water is not that hot and when filled for a bath is at best like warm. Turning up the temp would help a lot. For those of us who get up early it would be nice to have coffee before 8am . These are small things And would not stop me from returning.

Excellent! We’ve stayed here for the second time and everything was top! It is very quite and relaxed here. Oxana, Mariatereza and Andea made our stay exceptional as always. This place is highly recommended.

Everything was truly outstanding!! Starting from meeting us at the airport and arranging the transfer to the farm, then meeting Oksana who is the most amazing woman and the most caring host. Talking about the property, it os a wonder! Beautiful authentic area with older style architecture, perfectly maintained clean and spacious rooms with a very special atmosphere and even a fire place in our room. Moreover, the area is huge and full of olive, fig, lemon trees, grapes, pomegranates, you can also find tomatoes and what not. The four friendly dogs are at the property and they are great companions to walk at the territory! Very playful creatures. I cannot forget the food for dinner and breakfast. Simply outstanding 4-course menu with freshest ingredients prepared simply but with a lot of flavor and care. Great primitivo wine! The table at breakfast was plentiful and full of appetizing things, especially their foccaccia. I would definitely say it was the best place I ever stayed in Italy and i traveled quite a lot. Special thanks to Oksana for being such a warm, caring and kind lady who helped us enormously and took great care of the property and customers. Bravo!

Absolutely everything was top! Nothing to complain

Lovely peaceful pool surrounded by lemon trees. The various dogs that roam the property are all very friendly and my children loved petting them all! The only slight negative is that the outside pergola meant for breakfast was full of wasps so we had to eat our breakfasts indoors. This may have just been an unusually waspy week! The dinner we enjoyed there on the first night was outstanding - incredible food, and so much of it! The owners are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble - she happily recommended various restaurants in the local town to visit on our last night, as well as some in the beautiful town of Ostuni, which is just 25 mins drive away. Would definitely recommend this place to friends for a few nights stay - especially good if you're travelling back home from Brindisi as only 20 mins away.

The wifi was a bit weak.

We stayed at Masseria Incantalupi for a week with our family of five, and we had a perfect experience. The place itself is a small paradise amidst the fields of olive trees: a large pool, lots of green and cozy places in the shade to relax. The rooms (made in a Masseria = large farm) are spacious and tastefully decorated. The Masseria is still active and produces its own wine, olive oil, almonds and many fruits. All are served to the guests during breakfast and dinner: delicious. The breakfast deserves special attention: next to the fresh fruit, they serve home made pies, jams, and local cheeses and cold cuts. And lastly the service: all personnel was extremely kind, interested and helpful, from the service personnel, the restaurant personnel to the owners. We were very sad to leave and would highly recommend it to everyone.

It’s really a beautiful and oriented country side style. It has a character and I like it because you really feel like in a farmhouse. The dinner (foods and the wine) were excellent and Maria is very friendly and helpful.

The internet connection needs to be upgraded. We couldn’t really use the internet from our room.

We were one of the few guests staying at the hotel so we received a bigger room (family room) which was amazing. The masseria is beautiful, beautiful pool and patio. We received excellent service from the staff member who brought us a light lunch at the pool. We had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious.

The location is quite remote, but this was fine for us as you can eat at their restaurant
