İ wanted a double bed but they gave two beds. İ arrived so early and asked for an earlier check in cuz came from a long way with a baby but i could only check in at 15.20pm. The room was disgusting they didnt even clean the room properly.Bad food stay away from this one..

The staff was great, from Adonis in reception, to Ivonne as an activity coordinator to Nicos at the pool bar. Everybody was friendly and positive. We had a good time and the people made our stay great.

All inclusive type of hotel.

Lovely location and interior/exterior, located next to a beautiful beach. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful (including the receptionists, cleaners and waitresses), especially the receptionist who informed me about the many sights Thassos has to offer. There was a variety of different foods although some dishes could be improved. All in all were a great stay.

The best ever choice of hotel at Thassos island. It was great stay, excellent beach and facilities, friendly and kind staff, clean rooms and beautiful large pool. As option hotel offered outside places for dinning as it has great views to enjoy during the dinner. Many thanks to the nice and kind staff, especially to the manager which has always been at any guests disposal.

Large room, very clean, with wonderful double bed, comfortable pillows, include a safe and a fridge. My private bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. Value for money and definitely worth a visit!

Friendly staff, attentive housekeeping service, fast check in/out, free parking, free WiFi in whole venues of the hotel. At the hotel we found a hot tub, a hammam and an indoor pool. The facilities had also a beach volleyball court. Also the seaside tavern Almyra had amazing and tasty Greek dishes. Definitely we'll be back for more days!

Stunning location, panoramic sea views from room, bars and the beach. Whole staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Great base to explore other parts of the island by bus, taxi and boat.

Beautiful location, lovely hotel and helpful hardworking staff Room - we had a pool view room, comfortable, cleaned with nice decoration, fresh towels and white bed linen. Would recommend a sea view room. Hotel - beautiful location, large swimming pool and wonderful beach. Excellent bar and restaurant near by the beach with great sea views. Food - available in the main restaurant. Generally it was top notch, there were some excellent dishes depending on your own taste. Staff - everyone we dealt with and spoke to had a great customer facing attitude and they are always willing to help. Very hard working! Conclusion - would definitely go back!

Hotel was amazing, it had an incredible gym and a spotless outdoor pool, SPA and a restaurant with delicious foods and tasty cocktail drinks. Staff was polite and attentive. I would love to stay here again next summer.

Great room with sea view, fast and free WIFI, safe box and a fridge. Good value for money. Worth a visit.

Excellent and relaxing stay, hotel had three bars which served amazing cocktails, restaurant had delicious food and drinks too. My room was spacious, had double bed, comfortable mattress and soft pillows. Private balcony, TV and air conditioning were a few of amenities in my room.

Food was excellent, plenty of it, and the beer and the wine for dinner was free, even if you were not on a full board.

The only thing they need to care of are the mattresses. As far as the noise goes, it is a hotel for people with children so don't expect complete silence. Although the noise was kept at minimum during resting hours.

The room was noisy. Basically, all the noise from the front door was getting in loud and clear (the pool side was better insulated, it seems). We could hear either people walking around in the middle of the night, talking as if they were met to our bed; or the staff pushing the cleaning trolley around early in the morning when, again, their conversations were waking us up. The food, especially at lunch, was not worth the EUR 250 a night. There was too much junk food, it was not prepared with much care and it was not tasty at all. Even the salads were too plain and when there was lettuce it had not even been chopped up (whole leaves were just washed and served on a plate). It frankly looked like food unpackaged a moment ago from the hyper market behind the corner, or simply reused from dinner. Having mentioned dinner, that was better but not every night. The first night we were pleasantly surprised, but then it went downhill for the next 6 evening meals. Even though we asked the room to only be cleaned twice for 6 nights, the staff forgot to fill in the liquid soap container and did not replace the bath amenities at all. We were not offered any help with carrying our luggage around though there is significant distance between the parking lot and the room. There is also a rather inconvenient lift (or stairs), so one needs to carry the luggage a level down, then up in checkout. The route also goes right through all the pools where it’s slippery so it’s not entirely safe, either. The only other route is through the side parking lot, which is literally in a sort of a grain field so that’s even less comfortable.

JUST A WASTE OF OUR MONEY Very unfriendly rude staff in the reception of the hotel. Very dirty beach, dirty pool. The room had cold water and food was average. We booked an appointment for massage through their app and confirmed it in the reception of the hotel, but the next day we were waiting on the spa that nobody came and the reception told us that the spa was closed. We were not all-inclusive guests, and we were hungry at 21:00 and wanted to pay and eat at the hotel's restaurant, so we asked at the reception and they told us that we should have made an appointment until afternoon in order to be able to eat and that there is nothing that we could order to eat at 21:00. So in a 4 star hotel, 250 euro per night, if the afternoon is gone you can not eat even 1 toast.. So we said to the reception that we are very hungry and the lady replied to us with attitude that there is nothing we can eat. If you are not all-inclusive they treat you like garbage. Finally, in the check out they don't like to give you receipts, cause we were told "if we really need the receipt", so be careful and pay with your credit card. It's a 2 star hotel. Very expensive for the experience that it offers. I do not recomment it. They ruined our vacation in the island.

Clean facility, food is ... you will not starve. If you leave 2euro with thank you note on the bed you will have a clean room too. Except reception the rest of staff is ok.

Nightmare reception, they asked for more money even though we called 3 times to clarify the details of the accommodation. At arrival, they didn't even let me speak, they interrupted me and forced my hand to pay extra to stay. Ruined my mood a couple of days. Ask details in writing by e-mail. Ask for and keep the receipts, they will ask you to pay again. Pay with card. They abused me with messages. Coffee is horror. No entertaiment at the hotel. 1 play-back duo in one night and 1 DJ with all ligts off on the beach, mosquitoes chased me in my room. The beer was not cold and was served in warm plastic cups taken out of the washing machine. Half the food is good, half is tasteless. No wifi in rooms, no GSM signal sometimes (not their fault).

The room and hotel public space was clean, quality food, personal was trying to please everyone. Presence of bar with free and paid beveeages near pool and beach.

The water of the sea near hotel was not clean, the hotel beach was unusable because of that. However Platana beach was somehow close(10-15 minutes walk)
