Nice place and very beautiful inside and around hotel you see amazing nature, this is worth to view, staff is very friendly and doing best to make your stay perfect

Couldn't turn the AC off in the room, only by removing the key card activation master switch. It may have been possible but couldn't find the control (also didn't ask). Patio doors wouldn't lock but would be extremely difficult for anyone to access the balcony any other way so not a big problem overall.

Beautiful rooms with a classic touch. Nice view from the balcony. Lots of sports and wellness facilities available for the guests. Beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Large parking available. Nice restaurants inside the property. Good breakfast with lots of different options.

Pool was taped off. Front door broken Woken at 6am by screaming men all drunk outside the window of the balcony No tea and coffee. Hard to find anything in hotel. We just went out instead

The hotel is very nice with a superb view of the golf course. The pool is heated and the water is clean all the time.

Unfortunately the food at the hotel is not very tasty, you have to wait a long time to be served.

The rooms are OLD, furniture has seen better days. Sound insulation is non existent, you can hear someone walking from the beginning of the corridor, steps and voices... So unless you have a deep sleep it will be difficult not to get waken every night. Value for money is poor.

In the 4* hotel, to use a gym you must buy a spa package.. This is abnormal.. Rooms old not renovated with smells, bed old with terrible pillows and funny blanket. No bathrobes and slippers no electric kettle for compliment tea or coffee not even mentioned.. And plus a cool Oliva restaurant working only from Thursday to Sunday..

Air conditioning was not working very well and could not be turned off.

This is probably the last time to use booking.com because you put wrong info about the indoor swimming pool and this ruined our last day of vacation plan in Alicante. The hotel does not provide this SVC on Monday. We paid USD 260 for a rubbish and old hotel just to use the indoor pool facilities. What made me mad is the day we waste in the hotel with our kids with no activity options and noisey two big old rooms with a dirty bathtub hairs remains on it. This hotel must have a four star in 1800. Booking.com shame on you to post such hotels with a false information.
