Great cosy place with excellent staff and service. A calm gem in St Tropez

I liked the nature part of this hotel, found it beautiful. Restaurant is great, providing an exceptional service, delicious food. Very detailed oriented.. they use natsuc instead if sugar. Water in the pool passes through the filter.. “small” difference is important, specially when it comes to health.

I had a room without a window. Only “window” was the glass that is on the entrance door which you can’t open (window). For their level of hotel think that this is unacceptable and they should make a window for rooms like this. Also, the room is behind some small storage house or I am not sure what that is.. so you have a feeling like not in this hotel. Price for that room, due to these reasons, is simply too much. Check which exactly room you will be having cause this is advertised as double classic room and I haven’t got any compensation due to the fact that some other double classic rooms, on that same ground floor, have windows and are priced the same. Was offered to upgrade to the room with a terrace on upper floors if I pay more, which was almost double. I wasn’t having same double standard room as other on that floor and that should not be priced the same due to the mentioned reason.

The atmosphere at the hotel was so warm and the the place is beautiful. The staff were so friendly and the service was great.

The only two things I would suggest a little improvement on were a proper turn down service would be nice in the evening and the shower in our a bathrooms a little old and could be updated.

The staff was very nice and spoke very good English. The pool was also nice.

We were disappointed that our room did not have AC and breakfast was not included. Especially since we paid over $500 for our room. Also, we ordered 1 lobster as an appetizer, but the waiter failed to tell us that it would cost over $180!!!

Everything was great, the property is beautiful. You definitely feel the French vibe.

its an amazing place. just pure magic! one of the most beautiful chic yet very comfortable and unique I ever visited. just a jewel hidden under the pine trees. pure bliss and relaxation. breakfast till 14:00! thank you for a perfect stay!!!! big big big thank u💖
