Our room was in an adjoining building which looked to be a mix of rental apartments and hotel rooms, so we had to walk with all our luggage and children a long way into a more run-down building, not what we expected at all. Our toddlers covers had also not be made up properly so I had to go back, get them from reception and do it myself.

Crazy layout of the hotel that is difficult to navigate, especially with a handicapped Person.

Position in front of a lake and not too far away from the customer we had to visit.

Hotel a bit old style (old furnitures in the rooms). We had booked two different rooms and in both didn't find the way to adjust the room temperature (clima).

Bads were too small for a couple with baby. We got 2 single beds besides each other.

Vitalia is a nice hotel at a very nice location. If you stay here you should teke the time to enjoy it. Spacious rooms, friendly staff - one wants to come back.

If it is busier (noth this time) parking is a problem. Otherwise I have no remarks or things that could be improved.

Breakfast was amazing. View was great. Specially from Spa. Lovely and nice staff and great place to rest and relax after a difficult working week!

I think the price could be a little less but it is still in the normal range for these kind of hotels. the bar in the spa could be better with more food and drink options although the prices there were too high!

Very good location. Great room and very good beds. Quiet area. Excellent wellness area. Delicious breakfast.

Price and value does not fit - has not aged well - especially our rooms being located in the nearby Apartment house and the elevator which needs time and time. We are expecting definitely more for the room rate.

Vitalia Seehotel is located very nicely at walking distance form the center of Bad Segeberg at the lake. Also under COVID restrictions the staff does the best they can to makle you feel comfortable.

I was not aware that COVID means no room cleaning at all. No problem for 3 nights, but what for a longer stay?

Die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig. A perfect get-away to test one’s heart and soul. Breakfast was great. The kids enjoyed our short stay. Would love to come back again.
