Francesca is a super host! Everything is perfectly prepared and organised, you already feel that soon after your booking. I felt almost embarrassed because she did so much to make our stay pleasant. Helping out with restaurants (a nice restaurant with great price-quality-ratio at walking distance), trips to Torino, breakfast preferences,... The building breathes authenticity, where the nice and modern pool has a great view over the mountains.

This is one of the best bnbs out there - perfect in terms of cleanliness, scenery/ window views, complimentary food, everything! But the main reason we are giving this a perfect score is the owner, Francesca, she is the most helpful, kindest lady! She is literally heaven-sent! We faced a lot of misadventures in our trip, but we still had a great time, all thanks to her! She went above and beyond to help us to the point that we already incovenienced her. Given the chance to go back to this area, her bnb is automatically our choice!

Francesca was an extraordinary host, like having a good friend welcoming you into their home. In addition to having a beautiful setting, with great views, and delicious wine nearby, two extraordinary things happened during our stay. First, we called her at 9pm asking if we could check in later that night (a day early!) because our other hotel had closed their reception at 7pm and refused to let us in. She literally saved us, staying up until 12:30am to let us in after a very long drive. Second, we had a small baby with us and needed to hire a babysitter for one evening. She kept watch over the babysitter and was ready to jump in if anything went wrong -- reassuring us that she was a volunteer for the red cross so was well qualified to help. She even surprised us with an avocado for our daughter Charlotte, after seeing that she enjoyed one we had brought with us. Francesca is simply a wonderful, thoughtful, caring person and this shines through in everything she does.

Be careful to follow the video she provides when driving in. The B&B is on a hilltop just below a castle, and if you take a wrong turn you could end up stuck in a very small street. You will receive a video showing you how to approach, and as long as you follow it, all good! And you benefit from the charm of living next to a castle.

Beautiful location, comfort and spacious room, good self-served breakfast. Great location if you’re attending an event in the Castle (Castello di casslborgone) that is really close by. Really nice experience

Francesca is the perfect host, always attentive to details. Delicious breakfast, excellent coffee, warmth and hot water at any time and last but not least that human warmth that many have lost. I will return with great pleasure

Viavai is an incredible and unique place to stay! I truly felt like being at home, everything worked perfectly, and I could not image a better host than Francesca. Will absolutely be back!
