Considering the type of people that Alex has in her property, it was a pleasant enough stay. She deals with a lot of delinquent people but she does it will.

There was drama with some lady there but she was escorted away with police later on.

The location to town and Pukekura Park was great. Our main reason for being there was the Festival of Lights

The staff were a bit pushy in expecting a check in time. We were travelling from Levin, we knew we would be there before check in closed but we felt rushed by them to check in. So much so that I was unable to catch up with my sister who was performing at the Festival of Lights.

The internet was bad, but the owner helped and gave us a better modem. We had the coffee tea milk Clean sheets Still , was too expensive, actually exaggerated !

The owner shouldn't come in the room when we are not there, because when open the door , our kitties could run out and could be lost . When a motel is PET FRIENDLY, that means you have your pet in the room ! So ,if the owner want to check the room or clean or anything else, need to ask the guests to be present and take care of their pet ! Lucky that at the time we had our kitty's whit us on our trip .

Been charged before even arrived.bathroom area was in need of alot of maintenence. Not been welcomed when arrived just have you booked.

It was that bad, after I paid the $150 I went and checked out the room, it was that bad I rung 5 other places before I could find another room and just gave the key back and went somewhere else, my dog kennels are cleaner and smell better. i will never use this website again to book my accommodation.

Staff are great and cheap price. Good for a 1 night stay at quick notice.

It needs to be stated on the advertisement that it's used for emergency housing ( no discredit to the people in this situation) but I would not recommend if you have a child with you as there is alot of obscene language and people staring anytime you come or go.

The location was good. The proprietor was friendly.

The unit smelled strongly of stale cigarettes and was tired. The room was clean, but very basic. The motel is used for homeless housing and a couple of the male residents made me feel quite unsafe
