Great hotel in a good location. It was a 15 minute flat walk to the main town & port. 2 amazing restaurants on the way in, To Elliniko & Scirocco. 5 minute walk to large super market. Staff really friendly and helpful. Pool was large with lots of sun loungers (pool also wasn’t freezing compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at). Rooms really nicely decorated, bathrooms really nice, bed was very comfy!

It would have been nice if there were cutlery/mugs/glasses in the room but hotel were more than happy for us to take the ones in the breakfast area (there is a kettle & fridge in the room). Full length mirror in the room would be really nice too. I think all hotels should provide 2 extra pillows in the room as there was only one in ours.

I am satisffied and my stay in Fikas was better than expectation.

There are not things that I do not like

We had an enjoyable stay at Fikas Hotel. The room was clean and the outdoor space was lovely. Good sized pool with plenty of sun loungers. Collection from the port was brilliant as well. One staff member in particular was amazing, we believe she was the owners daughter. She had a wealth of knowledge and helped us to plan our trip which was so appreciated. Great value for money, good location although it is a 15/20 minute walk to anywhere really so keep that in mind. Overall we had a positive experience here and would stay again.

Although the pool was big, it wasn’t full which meant there was a line of dirt around the top of the pool - it didn’t affect our use of the pool but was slightly offputting. We found that although friendly, not all staff had the same wealth of knowledge due to not being local, but we feel if they had learnt the area and it’s activities it would’ve helped our trip to run smoother rather than waiting around for one particular member of staff. We also left the do not disturb sign up as we didn’t want our room turned down whilst we were out for the day - this was ignored and our rooms were entered regardless which we found to be slightly uncomfortable. We appreciate the staff were trying to help but if we say to not enter the room whilst all of our belongings are there, please don’t!

Good size pool & sun beds available. Great value for money, staff very welcoming. The room was clean & tidy being cleaned to a good standard. We liked the quiet location near to the beach & town. We would stay again!

A simple suggestion although there is a fridge in the room there are no glasses or cups to drink out of. The room we stayed in had the shower separate from the toilet which therefore provided no privacy. whilst this wasn’t a problem for us it could for others.

The pool was lovely and very quiet. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. The style of the hotel and rooms is quite modern which was nice and the room was very comfortable.

Slightly further from the town than we would have liked. 15/20 mins to the centre where you will find most of the restaurants. We also had to walk down a road with no path for about 5 minutes so it may not be great for families. We were also disappointed that the executive suite that we booked needed unexpected maintenance/ clean up (unsure) so when we arrived we were put in a double room. We understand that this was an unexpected occurrence for the hotel staff and couldn't be avoided, they did apologize and ask us very nicely if we would mind staying in a double room for the first night. We didn't mind too much but feel that we should have been compensated in some way, even a small gesture such as wine in the room/ a partial refund for the fact that we had paid extra for an executive suite that we did not have for 1/4 nights. We also had to be up early the next morning to change rooms which is a hassle, especially when on such a short trip. A small token gesture would have been enough to acknowledge the inconvenience.

The room looks like it has been recently renovated. there is parking space available and it is 15-20 min walking distance from the Chora (center)

There was a bad smell coming from the sewer. the airco wasn’t working correctly and some times it stopped working in the middle of the night

The room was big and fully equiped, also included a terrace and sunset views. Just perfect.

Cornelia and Tula are exceptional and made us feel like we were right at home. The entire staff was amazing and we felt so special that we decided to stay an additional 2 nights. We couldn’t be happier with Fikas Hotel!!

The property is out of the town so nice and quiet but also way closer to everything than we first expected! It was so handy with an excellent supermarket five minutes walk away. The trip to the town centre only took about twenty minutes and felt way shorter! Great room and comfy bed. The pool was an amazing bonus to the property and super friendly staff! really enjoyed our stay

The room could have been equipped with glasses and a kettle.

Helpful and friendly staff, really clean hotel, we were well looked after. Perfect location for us - less than 10 min walk to windsurf centre, beach, supermarket, bakery and some excellent restaurants. Naxos is beautiful and we would be more than happy to return to Fikas Hotel ☺️

The staff were exceptional, very friendly and always on hand to help with any queries and requests.

I hadn't realised that there wasn't a cooker in all rooms which was a limiting factor for us, but this was my error rather than that of the hotels.

The owner is very kind

Beds in the budget rooms are a bit firm, I recommend upgrading to the deluxe rooms. Much worth the bit extra

Relaxing stay, sure I will be back!

Nice family hotel close to Chora Clean and confortable 160 bed Big pool Excellent communication with owner re arrangements (transfers, quad etc)

Sunbeds (very basic) at the pool could be changed to be more confortable Breakfast basic as well

Wonderful hospitality from Toula, Stella, Eleni, Maria - the whole family It was a home away from home Thank you We will be back next year.
