地理位置不错，挨着水塔，但是住四晚，三晚调价到183欧，原因竟然是接待会议期间，人生头一次遇到这种每天调价60欧，然后早上楼下有早餐以为是免费，没想到还被告知是别人会议订的，我们是蹭吃，我去！！别人会议涨我们房间算什么，60欧我啥早餐吃不上，再也不会来了

卫生间下水道经常堵塞

Das Einchecken am Sonntag war problemlos. Unser Wunsch nach einem Studio mit Balkon wurde sogar vorab bestätigt und auch erfüllt. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, bei der Parksituation in der Stadt unabdingbar. Das Appartment war recht gross da es auch barrierefrei für Rollstuhlfahrer gedacht war. Für ein Frühstück waren die Küchenutensilien ausreichend, wir hatten auch eine Mikrowelle. Das Appartment wird täglich gereinigt. Die Lage ist super, ein paar Schritte zum Wasserturm. Es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants und Essmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch die Fussgängerzone/Einkaufsmeile ist nur eine Querstrasse entfernt. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Dusche war gewöhnungsbedürftig da ohne Vorhang oder Abtrennung denn sie sollte rollstuhlgerecht sein. Leider stand dann immer das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Ein mobiler Vorhang könnte schon ein bisschen helfen. Die Küchenutensilien sind i einem sehr hohen Oberschrank. Für Rollstuhlfahrer unerreichbar und auch für mich z.T. Ich bin 1,72. Mein Mann musste mir da helfen, er hat 10cm mehr. Das sollte geändert werden. Der Zugang zum kleinen Balkon ist nicht barrierefrei, aber da der Balkon winzig ist, hätte auch kein Rolli dort Platz. Das Appartment als solches ist aber groß genug, auch für den Rollstuhl.

Super Lage, sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher waren sehr hochwertig, sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche.

the location is well situated, nice and clean decoration inside and the staff was very kind and helpful. Also to have a parking at that location is great as it is very central place.

There was no AC in the room also in the building at all, with 30° C in the room it was very difficult to get some rest, even with that tiny fan we got in the room. Also if I keep the windows open the street is very noisy so it get worst. I do hope that this will be improved as it is essential to have a good and restful sleep.

The location and girl at the reception is very attentive, friendly, respectful, it helps you with any questions you have and tries to make your stay as good as possible.

Room was too small, kitchen wasn't "fully" equipped as described I had to request a microwave from receptionist Elena who was super nice btw.. It says in the description that a washing machine is included and laundry services are with additional costa but to our surprise there was none

This was a very pleasant stay. Personal at the hotel is very kind and able to speak fluent English. There were no problems at all. The room had a nice terrasse and view. Very good location.

The entire property was immaculately clean and the staff were charming and helpful. This is a very professional establishment in a convenient location close to the main station and extraordinary value for money. Absolutely recommended.
