Attentive staff willing to help with all our questions. Well located to main areas in Jujuy.

2 bedroom rooms are very dark & oddly shaped. No fridge, tea or coffee facilities. No combined area to sit so limited to being in 2 bedrooms.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Helped me plan my stay in Jujuy and find an operator for the excursions. The hotel is very clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was good.

Location is great - City centre of Jujuy Staff were able to organise us a taxi to the airport, and were very helpful and pleasant

Hotel is old, facilities are just about to fall apart. The one electrical socket in our room was missing a front facade, and looked like an electrical shock waiting to happen. The walls in our room were dirty. The bin hadn't been emptied before we arrived. The taps in the shower and bathroom were loose. We needed to leave at 7am to catch a taxi to the airport, reception knew this because they organised the taxi, however it was impossible to pay until after 7am because only one receptionist could generate the invoice.
