Wifi reception was poor in all the hotel

it is a small hotel, definitely not a resort… breakfast is ok but not crazy, there is small pool bar open during the day with limited food and that closes at 6pm.

Location is good, right on the beach and close to the town (by car). The hotel is quite new, the room was very spacious. Bathroom is big and nice. Pool area is nice, didn't use it however. Reception and cleaning staff were nice.

Bathroom door is glass and doesn't close properly. The breakfast was quite poor in selection and quality. Bar/Pool staff not friendly.

New buildings, close to the sea. We rented the loft, enough space to fit a family. Very good brakfast overall, swimmingpool. Good connections to other resorts.

Fish nuggets at breakfast seemed old. Also, poor soundproofing, beware of noisy neighbors.

Wifi could be better

Lovely family run hotel and apartment complex, ideal location for travel into Lefkada Town. The apartment me stayed in was roomy, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Just a couple of finer details like drawer space for smaller clothing items would be helpful and maybe Tea/coffee making facilities would also be an added bonus for us British people who like a cup of tea in the evening after a night out!! Overall the staff including Dimitra, the catering staff and cleaners do an exceptional job of running this lovely hotel and I would highly recommend a stay there. A special thank you to Dimitra for her professional service and friendly welcome.

The location was great. Loved that there was a beach right across the street. The pool area was very nice. Sun beds were very well kept. Staff was very nice.

We were notified upon arrival that our bathroom door was missing and would be replaced in a few days. Our stay was short so we had a door for one night. Not really the fault of the property but it made using the bathroom uncomfortable for my friend and I so we used the lobby bathroom instead.

Everything was perfect, starting from the check-in, to the check-out!

The hotel maintained high levels of cleanliness with the facilities overall being very good. Breakfast was good. We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Rooms were comfortable. Hotel also offers complimentary pedal bikes for you to borrow to get around. We used this almost daily to ride to the local supermarket that is a 5 minute ride away.

Building acoustics could be better. You can hear people / music very clearly through the walls even at low levels.

Excellent hotel and extremely clean. Breakfast was great too.

Location, view, cleanness

Internet speed extremly poor. The receptionist was telling us that internet is an issue for the whole island but it is not true... Their wifi was not calibrated properly in order to be used from all rooms. Another issue: breakfast very boring and low quality products. The beach becomes very windy in the afternoon

The location, specifically the proximity to Agios Ioannis beach. in addition, we liked the new suites with two floors; however l, the second floor has an extremely low ceiling, so beware not to hit your head. They need to put foam padding on the low ceiling beams of the second floor of the two floor suites (Messoinettes).

The low ceiling beams of the two-floor suites that are not padded should be padded just in case one bumps their head on the low ceiling and low ceiling beams of the second floor. Also, very limited food options and the food is just okay. There should be more food options and food should be better given what they charge for the two floor suites. Moreover, the new two-floor suites need to have a safe as advertised. Furthermore, the older female worker at reception needs to learn to be friendly & hospitable and she should not be giving hotel guests trouble over how many pool towels they ask for during their stay; more specifically, she should not refuse hotel guests from having two pool towels each for the day if they need two pool towels each.

the resort was spotless, staff very helpful ! the location is a little remote would be my only negative point. at any time of day we always got 3 sun beds

just the location , there are just a few tavernas to walk to the one at the top of the resort serves greta food but the service was beyond slow

The resort was very clean, felt like new, the staff was nice and helpful, there is a beach just in front of the resort and you can see and hear the waves from your room and enjoy the sunset. It looks better in person and gives you a nice, relaxing feeling.

Very good location, very clean, nice personal, very close to the sea. Best taverns near by ( telegraph the best).
