Lovely spot and very nice facilities. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were nice and the cleanliness very good. The childrens bags were much appreciated , as was the coffee machine
The kitchen was average. There was no dishwasher and the kettle was very small. The kitchen equipment while adequate was not to the standard of the rest of the apartment.

Hermoso lugar,muy tranquilo.Con acceso al restaurante y al pub del hotel. Muy amable el personal. Nos ayudaron a subir y bajar el equipaje.

Location was nice in Killarney - fairly close to places we chose to visit. Would likely not stay there again.
The apartments at Muckross are nothing like the hotel. It was nice to have the space of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths however for a small family traveling we had hoped there would have been a small washer/dryer in the apartment. That would have been most helpful and appreciated. Also the A/C was not easily controlled in the rooms - could not get cool enough. The apartment hadn't been freshened up in a while so I found dead bugs in the apartment(I understand it is located adjacent to the forest but still should have been refreshed before we checked in)even found one crawling across my pillow! Really wanted to use the indoor pool & spa but it closes at 7pm... even on a weekend! I found that unacceptable and very disappointing. The cocktail bar in the hotel was very nice.

Great location for the national park. Nice spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen area. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was very nice.
Some basic toiletries like cotton wool pads/cotton buds would have been nice. The lamp in the sitting area was quite dull in the evenings.

Location was lovely and quiet, ideal for families and right across from Muckross park. Great for walks with the kids.
Breakfast was expensive and the tv was extremely limited with only 3 channels to choose from.

Having separate bedroom from kids and space to spread out
The apartment had no shampoo or lotion included. The interior doors were all fire doors and we were continuously managing them with door stops or enduring door slam noises throughout our stay. The mattresses were not comfortable

Wonderful staff, beautiful setting , great hotel.
Disappointed that the pool was unavailable to the kids. Checked back over my booking but this wasn't really clear. Staff recommended that we use the pool in the Gleneagles!
The proximity to Muckross house was a huge bonus. Great facilities in the apartment. Huge rooms.

Location was excellent, the staff were very professional. Customer service was also excellent.
We stayed in the apartments, and although very nicely furnished and finished, we felt it was a little overpriced, the only other thing that was missing was a lift. Have to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs was a bit of a challenge.
