it is like a hotel, so you have private rooms and no dorms. the private room was clean, comfortable with a fan and fresh sheets, had a bathroom with good shower and provided soap, toilet paper downstairs you can buy snacks and drinks, they also have a restaurant but somedays it doesnt work mostly local people stay here so no tourist-vibes the wifi was okay

the location is shady during the night hours and coming from the airport/bus station take a taxi. it was cool and interesting to be in the actual centre for couple of days and feel the real vibe of the city before going to the more touristic neighborhoods

Extremely noisy all night and the walls are like paper thin you can literally here everything! If you are a light sleeper like me sent I definitely not recommend this place!

+ cheap price for a double bed/private room + walking distance from metro station + cleaning service daily if requested + fan, tv, towel, soap included

- none of the staff speaks English - dodgy neighbourhood after dark - shower in room 302 didn’t have a head - loud traffic (I personally didn’t care) - place is run down if you’re fancy ATTENTION - WARNING!!!!!!!!!! I was satisfied with my stay until I asked them to do my laundry. First, it was expensive (almost 30k). More importantly: a shirt went missing. I was more upset about the fact they were super nasty about the situation rather than the shirt being gone. The cleaning lady denied it was ever there and tried to gaslit me that I must be mistaken. >> ALL my stuff was dirty upon arrival so I made sure EVERYTHING went to the laundry. When I asked for compensation through Google translate the receptionist was already shaking her head before even finishing reading my message and then gave me an defensive attitude. The least they could’ve done is expressed compassion that I lost an item. They clearly cared more about saving their own face than actually listening to my concern. I would have stayed again if it wasn’t for their poor customer service. Do not recommend.

The place was unclean and everthing gone worng, the toilet was broken and the fan was broken and the wall was very thin i woke up when someone just talk outside. Outside was not safe at all, the taxi driver was in shock that we went to this area.
