Breakfast was exceptional. We decided to buy it on the arrival and it was great decision. Great choice and very tasty. Villa is in very good location, close to centre. Staff was very helpful. We could pick two rooms close to each other. Lots of parking and we could leave the car for a day after checkout while we still visited Kazimierz.

Nothing really. One thing I would improve are the baths in the rooms but current are ok too. For this value you should not expect more.

Very friendly and helpful women at the recepcion. We were allowed to check in at 10:30 even though the check-in time is after 13:00 !!! The location is great. It's close to the center but it's very quiet at the same time.

The tap in the bathroom sink wasn't working at all. We had to use the shower to clean our teeth and wash our hands! Also the floor wasn't very clean.

Location close to the market place. Friendly and generally helpful staff. The suite was clean. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of scrambled eggs (two types on one of the days we were there), cold cuts, coffee & tea, sweets and other goodies, and was different from one day to the next. There was cutlery, plates, glasses in the room (we were in the Pink Suite, not sure about regular rooms), some black tea bags, and an electric water kettle.

The whole building need a major overhaul since in most ways it’s still 1989 there. Also it hasn’t been receiving the necessary upkeep. The terrasse was full of moulds and other green growth on the floor which made it unpleasant to be there despite a scenic view. It’s in a dire need of a pressure wash. The curtains had stains, the bed was narrow, barely okay for two people, and the mattress was worn out to the point of being uncomfortable to sleep on. The bed sheet we were given was too narrow to cover the bed. We tried to use the fireplace but starting it with what was provided was hopeless, I had to get a starter from the store to get it going (it should be available at the reception, I asked but they had none).

The smell in the bathroom isn’t nice

- good location- close to the centre - friendly staff (and sadly nothing else positive)

- mattresses with springs that you can feel while trying to sleep - old pillows- a customer will never come back if they can not get a good night sleep - no bin in the room or bathroom - the attic rooms are for people under 1.60cm- extreme ceiling slants. - window exactly above my bed/head so very light from 6am - black out blind would solve the problem
