really good location with a spacious clean room.

you have to walk up 1 flight of stairs to access the elevator. the staff were not overly welcoming when checking in.

Very convenient to bus station. Close to cafes and restaurants. Hosts were very friendly.

I booked a room with a bath but did not get one, I did not raise this with the hosts and it may have been an issue with the app. The bathroom smelt very musty (however was clean) and the smell filled the room.

Beautiful large suite, with comfortable large bed and jacuzzi bath. Good food and friendly atmosphere. Very helpful staff and great free pick up and drop off facilities.

I had to change my booking information, and the host immediately accommodated my needs. Right across from the bus station. Convenient location. Right beside the restaurant owned by same owner, convenient to have a meal, if needed.

Bathroom and bathroom sink was a bit small. This is not fault by hostel, but weather was not good and there were black out going on and off all night.

I reserved through Booking.com a bedroom with balcony, ocean view and two single beds. One day before my arrival, I got a message, telling that there was only a double bed available in a room with balcony. I answered that I needed 2 single beds, but it seems they did not read my answer. When I arrived, after telling them (again) that I needed 2 single beds (as the ones I booked), they placed me in another bedroom, without balcony. This should not be a problem, BUT: The price for that bedroom was 10EUR cheaper and the lady told me that I had to pay the same price as I booked for. In summary: I reserved a 85EUR bedroom with balcony, I got a 75EUR crappy bedroom with no balcony, but had to pay 85EUR. I tried to discuss it with the lady there, but she told me to cancel my booking in Booking.com. I told her I could not cancel, because it was a non-refundable one, and she just did not care. The worst customer experience ever! Apart from that, the bathroom was smelly, the sink drain was clogged and the bedroom was dirty. I would strongly recommend you to check other albergues, instead of this hostel.

the room was very hot, even with wide open window all night and a chilly climate outside. the lift starts at floor 1, not very convenient for disabled people

On the fourth floor the view is terrific you can see the sunrise from the bed

the location, the view and that this small place was well decorated to serve its purpose, although the double bed was a bit small. Great to have a bar downstairs for breakfast. very friendly staff. Thanks!

only the bed was a bit small, and I never get used to the Spanish "double" pillow (=1 pillow for 2 person)
