This was the cutest place!! I slept thru my alarm so I know the bed was a winner! The place is adorable and the very best part?? FRESH GROUND COFFEE with coffee mate creamer in the fridge AND yummiest cookies!! Way more than I expected, will most definitely stay here when I come back! Thanks so much!

We stayed three nights at Itza-Bella Suites, and enjoyed our stay here. We were using Isabela as a central location to visit various attractions in Puerto Rico. The first night was after driving from San Juan with stops along the way in Arecibo and more. The second day was visiting many of the beaches in the area (Pozo Teodoro, Playa Las Golondrinas, Montones Beach, Playa Jobos, and Crash Boat Beach). The third day we visited the Cavernas del Rio Camuy National Park, the Tunel de Guajataca, and Sardineras Beach. The room was very spacious and clean and even had beach chairs and a cooler available to borrow! We did have a minor plumbing issue with the bathroom sink not draining, but once we told Maritza, she had a plumber there within a couple of hours to fix the sink. Maritza is a wonderful host!
Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times. There are 2-3 spaces in front of the storefront and those spaces are great. But, if they are not available, the parking in the nearby lot is on very uneven ground, and can be a bit tricky.

No podría decirle que no me gustó nada. Aunque el clima no ayudó mucho, mucha lluvia pero las actividades a realizar se acoplaron al tiempo.

We actually liked the hotel but the owner accused of somehow ruining the internet for the whole hotel, which was ridiculous. We just slept in the bed and left early the next day. We did not unplug or change anything.
The bed was fine, and the cleaning personnel was lovely.

Staff was on call after hours to assist us also they were kind enough and thoughtful to have complimentary snacks and chairs and cooler in the room to use while on our stay.

The room was spacious and modern, the building felt safe, there were snacks offered as a welcome gift in our room, check in and check out were easy.
We had mosquitoes in our room and got bit quite a bit. We never met the host and we were not able to let them know, so I don't know if they would have been able to help. The room was quite loud because of a bar playing loud music every night (it did not bother us but it's best to know if you're sensitive to noise). The neighborhood did not feel really safe (although the building did). Isabela might not be the best location to stay for a trip to Puerto Rico, but this was not the host's fault, I should have done more research.

Everything was easy & accessible, from the transaction through the app to getting the keys. The suite was perfectly cleaned, super spacious, it had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker & cold a/c. It definitely exceeded our expectations, we're definitely coming back!!

I loved the suites they are comfortable. The bed is comfortable everything nearby. There was the bakery around the corner and the other corner the empanada home made there are good and the best thing after a long day you could go behind the hotel and there is a bar. They play good music have a pool table the owner are nice take care of us cause they know we stay in the itza bella suites. The owner of the suite Maritza she is nice and the girls that works there everyone very attentive. The beach jobo is nearly ten minutes away. Great place I would definitely go back. Thank you for making me and family welcome. My boys love it has well.

The unit had great location, awesome amenities and attention to detail, solid 10 in cleanliness and friendly service. Maritza was super helpful, the prices are extremely reasonable and security was great. I will recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to the area.
