Außergewöhnlich sauber, charmanter Grundriss, großes, geräumiges Zimmer. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher immer frisch. Auf besondere Wünsche (Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen; Conditioner für die Haare) wurde prompt und freundlich reagiert.

Das Frühstück konnte uns leider nicht überzeugen.

L'éclairage, la décoration assez luxueuse

The location was great, we were right in the middle of the old town, within walking distance to absolutely all museums, galleries, restaurants and bars.

We booked the property as it boasted a car park and this was essential as my dad is 92 years old and has trouble walking. When we arrived in Timișoara we were told that in fact not only it did not have a car park, but we could not even drop my dad off as it is within a pedestrian area. We were told to park at the taxi rank, where we immediately got a fine. In the end we were escorted by a police car to the hotel as we had no other way of reaching the hotel. We were told that on the last day the hotel would organise a car to take us to the outskirts where our car was parked in the parking lot used by the hotel. Unsurprisingly on the last day the hotel was unable and unwilling to provide a car and no taxi is allowed within the pedestrian area. I asked to speak to the manager, whose response was that it wasn’t his fault, and that it was booking.com that has misrepresented the parking facilities at the hotel. The receptionist even told us we should drive our car within the pedestrian area as we stood a good chance of not being caught, but as soon as we tried we got another fine. In the end we had to carry my father in a very undignified way to the car and return for the luggage. Customer service at this hotel is diabolical, my advice is to avoid at all costs!

De locatie in de binnenstad is geweldig en een mooie ruime slaapkamer. Badkamer was netjes met bad en douche

Personeel voor het ontbijt was niet komen opdagen, waardoor het ontbijtbuffet in het water viel. Parkeren in de oude binnenstad onmogelijk en lastig om een parkeerterrein buiten het centrum te vinden

The hotel was very nice indeed in every way more then I expected

I can not say anything bad about this hotel it was 100%

Locatie excelenta, in centrul vechi al orasului, zona pietonala, cu access rapid la toate atractiile importante din oras.
