Location was close to the beach. Staff was very helpful.

Bar/Restaurant and pool closed mid day. We’ll aware that most places close at this time however most guests are on vacation and I would of liked to have seen it open all day.

The staff were so friendly and efficient, especially during breakfast

The rooms are a bit basic but clean & the beds were comfy.

The hotel was on the water/beach, rooms were spacious, view was great, place was clean, was great value given we spent very little time in the hotel and it was on the water.

Windows were dirty, not enough toilet paper, there was no staff in the building except a few hours a day, the rooms were very cold and no heating, the hallway lights were sensor based but not enough time to walk from the elevator to our room before the lights went off. There is nowhere to eat in the area. The hotel is too far away from the town.

Why close the pool at 7 PM? Why caps?....no caps in the USA....filters are advanced from the 1960s..so no need.

The restaurant of the residence is really good. I loved the pizza, excellent crust, good quality ingredients, good prep. The steak was great too.

They added 65 euros on the bill for cleaning which I don't remember having seen when I made the reservation. And 65 is way to much anyway to clean such a small flat.

Not a thing. From the minute we arrived it was as if we were entering a remand home for young delinquents, and we were the delinquents.

On arrival the overworked receptionist, who appeared only for a short time on our arrival - normally the reception was deserted - said we had to pay the account at that time, ON ARRIVAL! The hotel in the main had been given over to housing a football team who spent the time on their laptops in the foyer. Later we discovered that there was no wi-fi in the room, the wi-fi did not extend beyond the foyer, hence these youngsters were there occupying all of the only area for wi-fi. The room was like a suite with a small kitchen as well as the bedroom and bathroom, however, the kitchen had no light, the only TV was in the kitchen shelving and did not work (and nobody to report it to!). Servicing of the room was non existant so fresh towels, toilet paper etc. were not replaced/replenished (we had to buy some for our own use), and the room was never cleaned nor the beds made. For this we had to pay a nightly rate in advance??!!! The area too was typical of a resort in winter with no facilities to shop or eat, breakfast in the hotel was not offered. We felt totally abandoned and unwanted.
