Nice hostess. Rather clean apartment, sheets with nice smell.

Definitely not 4 stars, would rate as 2 stars. Apt rather clean but needs update, shower not working, bad smell in bathroom, old matress. Located on busy road. This is basicaly apt building, bad isolation, you can hear both road and people in other apts. Had impression some apts are rented out to local workers off-season. We had gamer in apt next to us that was playing video games all night with his online friends with obviously headset and microphone and he was yelling and screaming loudly whole night (from 12 to 4 am). Kept us awake whole night.

Close to the road and noisy. There is a restaurant below so the place smelt of cooking till late at night.

Super location for one night near Pula and very friendly host.

It was not very clean (dirty curtains, mosquito stains on the walls...)

Staff were very good, restaurant was very good.

Disabled facilities were poor and ground floor apartments had no significant veiw. We were moved 3 times from 4th floor to 2nd floor to ground floor for 1 night. Upper floors being up flights of stairs, not great for a disabled pensioner.

We enjoyed 1 week vacation here and can say that we were satisfied. The host is very nice, friendly and hospitable lady, our appartment was clean, with enough space and far away from the seashore. In the back yard you can enjoy bathing in a swimming-pool, but we preferred to have it in the sea. :) There is a restaurant downstairs - food is excellent and the prices are affordable. We can reccommend!

Only thing we dislike was the location of the appartment house directly on the main street leading to Pula. But this is not a criticism, only a note, because the price we paid for the appartment was right and very fair. The approach of the host is sometimes much more important that the location itself.

Very clean interior of building and our apartment. Nice balcony to watch the sunset. Great wifi and nice having a washing machine.

Water pressure in shower was mediocre to poor at times (4th floor apartment). As we are from US, directions for washer and stovetop would have been extremely helpful, haha.
