Great space and location New apartment with great design Good air condition

The apartment is very clean and modern with everything you could possibly need for a nice vacation. A very ‘designer’ layout. Located right in the city it was just a short walk to the center with all the attractions and restaurants. With a bus stop across the street and the Merano Mobile Pass you have access to the entire transportation network including trains and lifts.

Being in a residential area you didn’t have a particularly nice view from the apartment, but we knew this and decided that the advantages of the location were more important. A coffee table by the couch in the living room would have been nice while watching TV but certainly not that important.

Great location along a quiet street, yet super close to the main areas. Wonderful bakeries, pizzerias, fruit and vegetable shops in close walking distance. The apartment is very well sized, and the rooms and bathrooms had most things we needed. The apartment sleeps 6 in the bedrooms comfortably, and the sofa in the living area can be converted to accommodate 2 more. Some friends joined us for a few days during our stay and rented the apartment next door which sleeps 4. Both apartments share a common private lobby, which was very convenient.

The apartment does not have a washing machine, which is a miss for us especially as we were staying for a week. We had to lug our laundry to a laundromat (nearby) for wash and dry. There are paid laundry services around the corner too, but was too pricey for us. Apartment doesn't come with a dishwasher, but we didn't do heavy cooking so that was fine.
