We were in town for baseball All American games. This was so close to the complex! Amazing beach location! Perfect place for us to see the ocean after being at the ballfield all day. We loved being on the 1st floor. Lots of beach accessories that made our beach days perfect! Kitchen was full stocked for all our cooking. Laundry room came in handy washing baseball uniforms! Property manager was responsive to all my messages. We had the best time!!! Will definitely be back if we ever get the chance!

This is my 3rd time staying in this unit. It has everything I need, great access to the beach, and a nice pool. I hope to be back again when I come to visit my family.

This was our second stay at this property. So comfy! Everything we needed and love the first floor location - no stairs. Enjoyed the pool and so close to the beach. Less than a mile to my son and family for grandson's first birthday. Perfect place for us!

The location of the property is great, just a few miles from all the Cocoa beach stores. It was just a short walk across a deck to get on the beach. We were able to watch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space center while down on the beach. We enjoyed the beach, and was only about an hour from Disney, so we plan on coming back, and would be more than happy to stay in this unit again. This unit was on the first floor, which is fantastic with all the stuff I had to unpack and haul in to the room. The only issue, and it is minor, and not worth getting up in arms about, is the ceiling fan in the master bedroom has 2 speeds; low and off. We liked the stand up shower and the bath tub with shower in the bathroom. Could put a child in the tub, and shower at the same time.
Definitely worth staying here!

Had a wonderful time. The inside of the condo was exactly as pictured. Wished their was a tv in the small bedroom but other than that the amenities were excellent. We didn’t realize until we got there that the condo faced the parking lot and not the beach, but it was just a 30 second walk around the corner to the beach access. Just missed not being able to wake up seeing the ocean. Otherwise it was a great place and would definitely recommend it to others!

Nice place
We had a great time . We were looking for a quiet place to stay and that’s what it was . Away from the crowds. The only problem was that the second bedroom was really small and could not fit the nightstand on both sides of the bed . It could use more of the hocks on a wall to hang the clothes cuz there was no closet in that bedroom. Otherwise the stay was wonderful!!

Fantastic Beach Get - Away!
This property is so close to the beach! The beach is lovely and not crowded at all. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoon with a couple of areas for shade. The unit was clean, well maintained and quiet. It was just the perfect size for my husband and I. Would certainly return to this property.

Great location
My wife and I spent a week at this property with friends. Nice place. The second bedroom is just a little bit bigger than the bed but we made it work. The owners were easy to work with and didn't hit us with any surprise charges. The condo was very clean and came with 2 bikes and other beach toys. The location is fantastic. Easy access to the beach which was never crowded. We also used the pool and hot tub. Great place.

A nice place but lacks access to natural light!
The Royal Mansion's location is very nice and in a great neighborhood right on the beach. The condominium is nice and clean but located on the north side of the complex which does not allow sunlight in. Having said that, we spent most of our time on the beach during the day so it wasn't a big drawback for us. The bathroom was nice and we had plenty of hot water for showers and such. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the apartment met our needs for the three month stay.

Perfect getaway!
The location is perfect, not crowded, and even got to watch a rocket launch! The bed was great, the couch comfy, and washer/dryer were awesome. Pots and pans are limited, so bring your own if you use a big skillet. Wonderful place, we would do again!

Great family condo
This is a great family condo. We had 6 so quarters were a bit cramped with all of our luggage but it easily slept all of us and worked out great to be able to cook breakfast every morning. Beach area was close and convenient. Ground level condo so no stairs!! Note: you cannot see the ocean from the condo.

Great Location and Walk to the Beach
Great Condo that is just a short walk to the beach. We truly enjoyed the location and the Condo. Very Quiet and comfortable lNice to have a place where you don't have to go out for every meal, especially during a pandemic. Hosts are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend. A+

Great week in this condo. Close to ocean and quiet neighborhood. Clean and had all necessities for our stay.

Teenage kids happy to be close to beach. Some beach assessories helpful to have. Even a couple of bicycles for riding around the neighborhood. Ginger and Rob were responsive hosts fixing a problem with the door lock promptly.

Vacation
Great location, on the beach and within the resort, condo had all that was needed. Rob and Ginger communicated promptly for any questions I had prior to arrival. Condo was clean and good size for my family of 5. Also close to grocery store, shops and restaurants . Beautiful sunrises- we truly enjoyed it!

Rented at beginning of Corona virus pandemic
On the day we checked in, the pool was closed because of Corona virus. That really sucked but we could still go to the beach. This place is listed at a two bedroom which it is but one bedroom is so small that the bed is the room. It was fine but space is limited. Place was OK clean but not super clean. WiFi was terrible. Location is ideal! 5 Stars!
