Casa Encanto - Stylish, Clean & Relaxing Hidden Gem
Notre maison vous fera sentir comme si vous n'aviez jamais quitté la maison. Il y a beaucoup de place pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes de travail pour profiter d'un merveilleux séjour. Notre maison comprend 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain et un grand espace familial à plan ouvert. Chaque pièce de la maison a été meublée avec le confort à l'esprit pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable. Notre maison a également une belle cour arrière pour sortir, s'asseoir et se détendre après une longue journée. La meilleure partie est l'emplacement de notre maison à proximité des restaurants, des magasins et plus encore.

Our family was so impressed with this beautiful home with many amenities. We loved the spaciousness of the accommodations and the atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again if we had another family event come up. We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend this home for relaxation at its finest.

Five of us were staying during NCAA March Madness and needed a place close to downtown. Hotel rooms are on the expensive side and staying together in one place made economic sense. This 5 bedroom house delivered on many levels. Each room had it's own comfortable queen bed allowing us privacy. The common areas allowed us to congregate together at the dining table and watch games on the 65" TV. The kitchen was well appointed with newer appliances and allowed us to prepare a nice breakfast before heading out for the day. Check in was simple with a combination door lock so we just had to punch in the number to access the rental. The residential neighborhood was quiet and convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for larger groups who are exploring the area.

This property is beautiful, roomy, and convenient to all the Sacramento area has to offer. It is newly updated and decorated. Roomy gathering places for the group and plenty of bedrooms to get away from it all. Great backyard for outside time and lots of family fun close by, too.

We were in Sacramento for Ironman CA, and Marcos house was nice and clean, adequate parking, it had the amenities we needed. We would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself. (Not for Ironman though, we would stay closer if availability. One thing we wished we had was a tv in each bedroom.

Stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding in Roseville. Very comfortable, incredibly clean and very well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property and even better host
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were large, beds were extremely comfortable, and Marco was a phenomenal host. The portable crib was missing a piece and Marco provided a brand new one within an hour. Great communication. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

Cute and Clean Home
Marco’s house has all the basic essentials for a short get away. The house is clean and spacious enough for our family. I’d recommend this home to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Large group getaway
This house was perfect for our family gathering. 10 adults and 2 small children were very comfortable here. Roomy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a huge dining table to gather at. Marco was very responsive to my questions and check in was easy. Would recommend for any family or large group.

Perfect for our Trip
We came into town for a weekend with events happening both in Sacramento and Roseville. This house was perfect for our needs. As a group of adults traveling together it was nice that all of the bedrooms had double beds, which were all very comfortable. The house was clean. The kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend if you’re wanting to be outside Sacramento.

Perfect Place!
this is a spacious house with great amenities. We had 8 in our group and everyone had a nice clean and comfortable bed. The house was immaculate. Looked like it was new on the market. We really didn't stay too much in the house, as we had outside activities already planned, however when we were there it felt like home. Well laid out floor plan big back yard and plenty of parking for us. The owner is so kind and responds quickly. Great place to stay! If we returned, we definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful and cozy
What a gem of a place! It's absolutely beautiful on the inside, and plenty of space to spread out. It literally felt like a home away from home. My family was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The backyard was large and gorgeous. It was great sitting out there in the evening relaxing. Marco, the owner, was communicative and helpful when we needed it. We will absolutely stay here next time we are in Northern California.
