Ce petit chalet est proche de l'océan et à quelques pas de la ville. Deux petites chambres queen, avec un grand salon / cuisine avec un poêle à bois et une table pour 4 personnes. Il y a un pont très privé sur le salon. BBQ au charbon de bois. Chiens autorisés. Locataires avec animaux de compagnie: Frais pour chaque animal supplémentaire: 25 $ / nuit, 150 $ par semaine pour les séjours plus longs, 50 $ de frais de ménage en plus, dépôt de garantie de 500 $ pour les animaux. This was the second time we rented this property. It is perfect for a family of four. It was very clean when we arrived and provides all the basics for cooking and beaching. It is a lovely short walk to the beach, no shoes required. I appreciate the ease of booking, checking in, and checking out. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This little cottage is everything it says it is. I was shocked at how close it was to the beach. Quiet and had all the amenities you need. Very clean and the kitchen was great. I would come back! The staff at Highway one properties were delightful!

The house couldn’t have been in a better location for my son, his wife, and their newborn baby. The entrance is right on a street that is just steps away from the beach. The close proximity to the water made it perfect for the family because they could have their dogs join them on their morning walks on the sand.

Perfect size for our young family of 4. We enjoyed the location and the beds were comfortable. We found plenty of towels, but could’ve used more than 2 washcloths for the 4 of us. There were plenty of numbers provided to call for issues, but we didn’t want to bother our hosts late into the evening or early in the morning (really the only times we were at the house for the two nights we stayed), so we made due! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Our stay at this vacation home was truly wonderful, especially during Easter when we had family over. From the moment we arrived, the location captivated us with its beauty and convenience. The home itself was a gem, exceeding our expectations in every way. The spacious layout allowed for both communal gatherings and quiet moments of reflection.Our time with the grandkids was simply magical. The memories created during those days will forever hold a special place in our hearts.The house is conveniently located near the beach. A 3 minute walk and not on a bust street. The beach is dog friendly too!The best property management we have ever experienced! Very helpful and responsive. Thank you!In so many ways, this vacation home was perfect.

The cottage was wonderful. It is a few houses from the beach and about a quarter mile to the town. The house was well stocked with kitchen equipment and had everything we needed to cook. It was clean. We loved the fireplace and stocked wood to have a nice fire on a rainy day.
The only issue was the internet which had a few times when not available. It reminded us we were there to unwind and disconnect so not a problem.

We love renting this little place. We were very grateful for the quick delivery of some pyrex to bake with. We still missed having any roasting pans. Cooking is a big part off our vacation. We always bring our own cookware - we don't care for the teflon set - but hope not to have to bring oven stuff too.

My family and I enjoyed a week at this rental and felt right at home. The location can't be beat, the kitchen and patio grill were perfect for all the cooking we did. We definitely hope to stay again.

We spent five weeks in this rental during shelter in place and it was wonderful! The best thing about this unit is the location, just a few short steps to the beach but also very close to the shops and restaurants. The unit is relatively small but well-appointed and comfortable with nice beds and quality appliances. The rental company was very responsive and quickly addressed the one issue we had. We had everything we needed to work and do remote school from the beach, including excellent wifi and a kit with everything we needed during a PG&E PSPS power outage. We've stayed in many Stinson rentals and this was one of our favorite.

We were lucky enough to call this sweet cottage home for a little while & had the most amazing time. It’s cozy and comfortable, perfect for a beach loving family. The location is ideal - just steps from the sand and a quick walk into town. The decor is clean and the house was immaculate. We have some of the most incredible memories as a family here. Highway One was a pleasure to work with as always. We will be back again.

Wonderful getaway at the beach
Great little place that felt like a cottage by the sea. No dishwasher so if you cook a lot you'll be doing lots of dishes, but no big deal. Extremely comfortable beds and only steps to the beach!

Overall it is a beautiful two bedroom cabin. Nicely appointed. The place was clean. Bathroom was nice, but only one roll of toilet paper, so I had to go spend $6 to buy 4 rolls of toilet paper for the last day we were there.

My favorite rental from now on in Stinson Beach. Loved everything about it, from comfort and relaxed style to location and availability of parking. It’s a few steps farther from the beach than our previous rentals but we could still hear the ocean. Dog friendly was a huge plus. We didn’t have a need dishwasher or washer/dryer but a larger family staying for a week might require those amenities.
