This was a super clean property and was perfect for our stay which was to visit family. We really just used this to sleep. The amenities for this were perfect, the property beautiful. The communication with the owner accurate. My mother (83) had the bedroom and I took the pull out couch. The owner warned me the pull out was uncomfortable without a topper and I asked for a topper. It was provided and done, again the owners were great. However, even with a topper no human over the age of 5 should sleep on that bed. Maybe a 10 yo but a small one. The only other thing I would say is that the sprinkles at 3:30am hit the side of the house with force. The occupant of the bedroom did not hear it. The kitchen is well stocked, the coffee fantastic. Check out instructions were clear and easy. Great place for one person or two sleeping together. Pull out couch should not be an option.

We had a great stay and it is an awesome place. Very beautiful and we really enjoyed the BBQ in the gazebo and cooked there most nights. Karen was a very gracious host.
Listing should state that there is no air conditioning just really nice ceiling fans. House was labeled really well with instructions for everything.

Our cottage was great with a charming country atmosphere. Yet, It was close to the airport, downtown Bozeman and proximity to activities.
The cottage and property were clean; the kitchen was well equipped. It was a wonderful stay. The host was extremely welcoming and kind!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Vista. The location was so quiet and we were surrounded by nature including a deer who visited a few times. The landscaping is beautiful; Karen and hubby take wonderful care of the yard and property. When we had questions, they responded quickly and were very pleasant hosts. The apartment was perfect for the two of us ; well appointed kitchen, good wifi, comfy bed, and all the amenities we needed. It was convenient to everything we visited in the area. We would happily stay there again. Thanks Karen!

Cozy, clean, and close to everything! You get the feeling of seclusion, but with access to all the nearby amenities of Costco, Target, and Walmart. The kitchen sufficiently supplied and the hosts were accessible and friendly. It is 90 mins from the North entrance of Yellowstone. We had a great time. We will be back for sure !

Our main purpose for visiting Bozeman was to spend time with our grandson who is attending MSU. Our grandson’s main purpose for our visit was to enjoy Grammy’s home cooked meals! This VRBO provided the perfect opportunity for this to happen. The kitchen even came with a rice cooker and crockpot.
Situated in a very picturesque location, in the middle of nature, was a plus. This VRBO met or exceeded all of our expectations.

Perfect location for us to stay in while visiting family in Bozeman. Quiet, secluded, and just the right size for our week in Bozeman.
Only downside is no air conditioning but fans in bedroom and front room. Open the windows (screened) and the breeze (and fresh air) was great!
Nice touch with the rabbit outside every day (wild rabbit who liked to nibble on the grass). :)
Hosts were super friendly and fun to chat with.

This exactly as the description promised, easy location close to the airport and local amenities, and a quiet location. I stayed for a week at this place and had a wonderful time traveling to Livingston, Big Sky, and all over Bozeman. The hosts prepared the area very well and stocked it well with essentials that made it convenient for a solo traveler (like a hair dryer, first aid kit, and coffee!). I am excited to return someday and cannot recommend this rental enough, as it is perfect for a single person or couple. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for that ‘at home’ feel while you are away from home.

Montana Mountain Views
A wonderful place to stay for our visit to Bozeman. This rental is very well kept and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with coffee, tea, and some basic cooking supplies. The back yard is very nice with a furnished gazebo and gas grill which we enjoyed very much. There are beautiful views of the mountains from there too. We also saw deer, cranes, ducks, and pheasants hanging around the property. The proprietors live on-site and are very nice and easy to work with. Hoping for availability here the next time we come to Bozeman!

Views of the surrounding mountains, birds everywhere, some rabbits. There are so many things to discover on this property. As well as being quiet and restful. A short drive to shopping, restaurants, and the college. Tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The owners are on property and very friendly and accommodating. This property made our stay perfect.

Karen has a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, super clean and a great space to go back to after a long workshop day. The gazebo is a great spot to relax and enjoy the Mountain views and cows grazing. I highly recommend staying here, they are great hosts.

Bozeman Studio
Quiet, out of the way location in NW area of Bozeman. Lodging is small, it’s a studio. Easy access in and out. Downtown Bozeman is a 10 to 15 minute drive.

Cute little studio
The property is adorable with perennial gardens all around. Karen has the house stocked with anything you may need as far as spices/oil/sugar/coffee. For the three of us (myself and my older teens) it was a bit small, as it truly is a studio where you walk in and there is the bed, a little tiny table to eat at and a futon. Bozeman is great and the property is only a few minutes drive to downtown. To Yellowstone it takes at least an hour and a half. Overall, a supercute studio space, with property owners right there in the main house.

Studio overview
Very clean property. If you're staying during the summer, studio doesn't have air-conditioning. The warmer summer climate can be uncomfortable without A/C and/or a ceiling fan. Sofa was not comfortable. Host was very accommodating and helpful. The gazebo was a nice touch for eating meals outside.

Bozeman Oasis
We booked a last minute visit to Bozeman in August and were concerned it would be too hot without an air conditioner. But this simple studio apartment delivered. It is nestled in a quiet, cool, green oasis tucked on the edge of town, just minutes from everything. It was a perfect base for our week in town.
With Covid the owner thoughtfully has minimized what is in the apartment for sanitary reasons, but anything and everything we needed was available thanks to easy communication with the owner.
Morning coffee and evening first star gazing at the gazebo was a relaxing way to start and end our days.
Would stay here again.
