We enjoyed our stay. Great location with beautiful view. Restaurant and beaches are close.

Apartment was great. Very clean, spacious for two people. The balcony view was lovely! A very short drive to a lot of excellent restaurants, bars and dive shops. The parking was plentiful and building area was very secure, we never felt unsafe coming and going at any time. Communication with Joe and Jessica was awesome. We didn't have a single issue while we were there for our 5 nights. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Fajardo!

Very clean and organized

The property was nice and was communicated appropriately. Although the outdoor deck wasn’t accessible due to a broken sliding door, the hosts were very accommodating and solution oriented. The location is a little ways from Old San Juan, but Fajardo has its own vibe and we enjoyed. We had a great stay!

Love the apartment and equipped with everything you need. location was great n you feel safe with the security.. Would of loved to sit in balcony but had hard time opening balcony door and the beach chairs should be upgraded. Other than that. I would rent it again. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay at this location in Fajardo. The photos are spot on. The location was great. It was nice to get up and see the ocean not just from the patio but from anywhere you stood in the apartment. The bed was comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean. They provided extra things like a cooler, beach towels & beach chairs so we were all set for our beach days. Check in and check out was a piece of cake. Communication was excellent. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone.

A wonderful condo in a great location with a spectacular view!

This property was awesome. Just enough room for my daughters graduation and myself. The views from the balcony were amazing, loved having coffee or a cocktail watching the boats going in and out of marina. Good location to restaurants and beach. Thank you Joe and Jessica for keeping in touch. We’ll be back in the future.

Sardinera was the perfect location for us to explore Puerto Rico’s northeast coast. The Bio Bay, Luquillo beaches, El Yunque and Ceiba airport all within a short drive. At the end of the day it was nice to relax in a clean, comfortable and quiet stay with a beautiful view of the Marina. Check in and check out was clearly communicated and the hosts were quick to respond. Beds were very comfortable and A/C in each room worked well. What stood out was how clean it was, We would definitely stay here again.

Encanto Del Mar was absolutely perfect for our stay visiting family. The condo was clean, comfortable, cool and had beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We slept so well. Joe and Jessica were accommodating and responsive. The check in was easy. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

A great spot to stay when wanting to visit El yunque and go to some beaches.

We went to PR to spend time with the daughter and grandkids 1 & 5. It was a blessing to have a playground, a pool, and a sofa bed for them to rest. Near everything, bed comfortably, nicely decorated. Thank you. We'll be back!

Stayed for a few nights to see what this side of the island had to offer. The condo was great. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and breakfast bar. The guidebook was very helpful and we enjoyed all of our selections from the list of recommendations. Only drawback is that there wasn’t anything really accessible by foot. But I sort of knew that going in. Highly recommend.

I will definitely book this place again… Joe and Jessica were responsive and kind, the place has an amazing view and is close to main stores. Convenient if going to Culebra.

The place was clean, it had basic necessities for the bathroom, the location was nice and quite secure. Overall I would recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks on a 2.5 month tour of PR. The unit is sparkling clean and on 1st view, invites you in to take in the beauty outside as well! Lovely to sit and watch the boats going in and out of the marinas. We had a few hiccups but joe and jessica responded quickly and effectively. It is stocked lightly with kitchen items, just enough for a busy shorter stay but because we stayed for a longer period of time, it felt lacking just a few more items. What they do have in the unit is high quality high grade! The pool is beautiful but pretty cold and no shade or chaise lounges around. The location is residential and quiet with friendly neighbors, the building very well maintained. The bars across the way played music but not very late, and if you're in PR, you should just enjoy it!! Unit is central to Luquillo Beach (our fave so far) el yuenque rain forest and cieba ferry (flamenco beach is amazingly gorgeous). The ferry is only a few dollars round trip but book online way ahead of time. If you're only staying for a day, do not bother with rental cars or carts...the taxis are cheap and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

We spent a couple of wonderful days at Encanto Del Mar! The condo is as lovely as we expected! Great view, convenient location, well stocked and the price is right. We will definitely consider coming back! It is a little piece of paradise in our beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Thank you to the owners for keeping this place in top shape.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It actually looks so much prettier in person. The hosts are very attentive to any questions you may have and answered them immediately. The place was spotless and so well kept with all the amenities you may need. The pool is huge and very well kept. I will definitely return to this property and for a longer amount of time in the near future. I already miss the views from the apartment they are stunning.
