À distance de marche de la plage locale à seulement 4 pâtés de maisons et profitez du Memorial Day jusqu'au mois d'octobre du marché fermier local et goûtez au charme local.

This is a great place with enough room for a family of four and the house is cute and cozy without feeling cramped. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to and from downtown and an easy drive to DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore. I would recommend this place for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

This is a great house with everything you could want...deck with grill, newly appointed kitchen. Short walk to the bay and boardwalk, restaurants, gift shops, bakery. Have stayed here several times and toy with considering other properties close by but.... this one always wins me back.

The place was clean and furnished nicely. Everything we needed to be comfortable. All minor issues we promptly corrected. Good location with a nice walk to downtown and boardwalk. Also easy access to farmers market. The grille on back porch is nice touch. We had a nice stay!

I’ve rented this property repeatedly and will continue. It’s well cared for, clean, in a beautiful picturesque village so close to DC and Baltimore but a world apart in charm and friendliness. I am so glad I found this sweet spot and that the owners are willing to share.

It's an attractive and comfortable cottage that's in a quiet yet accessible location. A little more attention to details (e.g., carpets, cob webs and screened porch) by the cleaning crew will go a long way to making it perfect.

I have rented this property multiple times over the past 3 years and will continue to do so. The house is well appointed and maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and in easy walking distance to the bay and boardwalk. The owners respond almost instantly to any concerns (we had a propane malfunction this trip (our fault) but they were on it! I really enjoy this quaint city and lovely house. Feels like a home away from home.

My husband and I stayed in North Beach for a long weekend to visit our son who lives nearby. We will definitely return to this cheerful, sunny cottage! It's comfy with thoughtful touches like cozy blankets and dishwasher and laundry detergent. (Not all hosts provide cleaning materials). It's a nice friendly neighborhood that's also walking friendly, even though there are no sidewalks until you get to the business district. Drivers are super careful and even wave as they pass by! Check in with the door code is a dream and straight foward (we've had trouble at other rentals), There's an adorable grocery store ( Roland's) where you can get all your needs- they even have super sweet teenagers to carry your groceries to your car! Love the house- love the town!

Stayed here for one week with my parents and sister for a quick getaway. House was very clean and updated. Located within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Bakery, ice cream, bar, Mexican food, etc. So relaxing! I would definitely book again.

No complaints about the house, it was comfortable. No access to local TV or cable news but it was a relief to be away from it. I do not recommend North Beach if one is looking for a beach vacation. The local government is anti-tourists and charges $25 a day per person for non-resident beach access. Instead of beach time we visited other places more friendly to outsiders like Annapolis and Alexandria.

Attractive, clean, updated, nicely decorated cottage in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from restaurants and the beach. Easy communication with the owner. If we returned, I would rent again. Note that previous comments about the odd-smelling water are true. Not the owner's fault. The filter on the refrigerator helped with drinking water but you might want to bring some of your own. North Beach, both town and beach, is low--key and pretty strictly regulated. Don't miss the Sunrise Garden with beautiful flowers and coy ponds. Non Calvert County residents are charged a fee for use of the beach. Nearby Chesapeake Beach Waterpark is very pricey. For a nice meal, try the Hook and Vine. Like many attractions, it is within walking distance of the house. The Calvert Marine Museum, 30 minutes south in Solomons, is excellent for all ages. Boat trips are available there.

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated with everything you might need during your stay. Super clean and perfect for our family of 6.
This was our first trip to North Beach so we were a little surprised that the beach isn’t free ($25 per adult person each day) but that was on us not doing enough research about MD beach front. Found another beach that did not cost an arm and a leg and still had a great time.

The location was easily accessible to the shops and boardwalk in North Beach. I highly recommend this lovely place. The house was clean and deceptively spacious. Everything we needed for a lovely wedding weekend.

Nice place very
Nice place, very conveniently located. There were only a couple negatives: we could not find one of the tv remotes and the master TV was rough it frequently froze on us. The side of the master bed by the bathroom was worn in and kind of uncomfortable so we had to trade off who had to sleep on that side.

Perfect spot to stay in Northern Calvert County
This home exceeded all of our expectations. It was extremely clean, very well decorated and in a nice, quiet neighborhood within short walking distance to all the great restaurants and boardwalk/beach area. Easy checkin and check out. Very responsive host. We would without a doubt book this again if we travel back to Calvert County.

Great Location for walking
We loved everything except the shower curtain wasn’t clean and many stains on the carpet in bedrooms. Also I never understand why in all the houses we’ve rented in North Beach why no one ever thinks to clean off the decks? We had to sweep off all debris that had been there for quite some time and had millions of ants everywhere. So we also had to hose it off too. Details matter.

Perfect house for Beach Getaway
We had a great stay. The entire house was very clean, spacious living room and beautiful kitchen made for relaxing evenings.
Walking distance to everything North Beach was a plus. We could walk to the Farmers market, restaurants, Bakist bakery, shops and boardwalk.
We can’t wait to find time to return!

The house is super cute and an easy walk to the town and bay.
The water smells like sulfur and after showers the house smelled like poop.
The shower curtain in the master bath needs to be replaced, and the bedspreads need to be washed.

Relaxing
Overall the house was fine. There were a few scuff marks in the walls upon arrival, and the shower curtains could stand to be replaced. Other than that, the stay was just what we needed for a business trip. We worked over night, slept during the days. The neighborhood was quiet enough to allow for that sleep schedule, other than a couple of barking dogs on the weekends. The house was kept well. Wish we could have come down under circumstances we could experience more of what the area had to offer. Would stay again.

This home was walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants (and bars) in North Beach. The house was clean and comfortable. We had 4 adults and a 13 year old and were very comfortable! All the appliances were new and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent and the house has everything you need. It's a lovely neighborhood - close to boardwalk, restaurants and shops. The furniture is comfortable, modern kitchen and decoration. House entrance has a ramp and/or steps leading to a small screened in porch. Outside lighting is great for coming back after dark. Windows have blinds to allow for privacy and light. Alexa is there, and nice tvs in living room and bedrooms. I have stayed here twice and would come again.
