Close to town, but felt like we were in the middle of the woods. House was clean, nice, and we really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and relaxing with the fire in the evenings. Would stay here again!

Our family of 11 stayed at this wonderful home. Plenty of space, loved the backyard with hot tub. Management quick to respond to questions. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies available! Looking forward to another visit.

Lovely home. Walkable into town. Had a great customer service experience. We got there and the gas fireplace wasn't working. The staff tried to troubleshoot it with us and when we couldn't get it working, they sent someone out to fix it that same day.

Good space. Lots of bedrooms and space to spread out. The jets, lights, and buttons in the panel of the hot ton did not work. The fireplace doesn’t work. The driveway is VERY steep and hard to get up if there is any snow pack or ice on the driveway.

My entire family stayed in this beautiful home for our holiday and it did not disappoint. The home is split level with all the necessities for your getaway. The location is great and right across from the Brown South bus stop for easy access to town and the slopes. Price was high but we definitely felt it was worth it!

We enjoyed the house and it slept several people comfortably. The location of the house was convenient for a short drive to town or to drop off skiers at the hill. While we did not use it, there was a bus stop directly across the street. The house was clean upon arrival and had a good amount of paper towel and toilet paper to get through the first couple of days. We had plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent and dish soap.When attempting to grill, we discovered that the propane tank was empty and there was not a spare in the garage. A call was made very late in the afternoon to Summit Mountain Rentals and a full tank was delivered in about an hour. While communicating via text about the pending propane delivery, we requested more forks (the house only had 10) and more were provided with the propane, which was a nice surprise!Overall a great house and excellent communication throughout our stay!

What we liked: The home is very spacious and the renovated common area and bathrooms are very nice. Hot tub works well. The shuttle to the slopes in the morning is very efficient. Easy drive to and from town. What could be improved: The home does not have boot warmers so you have to take your boots off in the garage and then carry them inside and upstairs to set out to dry which is not very convenient. The heat in the living room does not work well - we could not get it over 65 even on days where the outdoor temps were in the upper 20s. The shuttle coming home from the slopes is a disaster if you’re there during a holiday week. We waited 90 minutes one day - in that time only two went by and they were already completely full and couldn’t take on more passengers.

This property was exactly as advertised - beautiful, spacious, clean, and convenient. Free shuttle stop right across the street, two car garage that fit our vehicles perfectly, and a washer/dryer so we could cut down on packing. My group loved the large selection of beds and all the amenities like the dishwasher and fireplace, but especially the hot tub. Would stay here again in an instant.

We had a great stay at this location - the house was just as billed - modern inside, plenty of room for my family, great hot tub! It was also right across the street from the shuttle stop which made coming and going to the slopes super easy and accessible. We loved it!

Would highly recommend. Very nice place, accommodated our large group comfortably. Love the location…free ride bus stop to slopes and downtown shopping/restaurants at the end of the driveway was so fast/convenient…never had to drive anywhere. Our first night we noticed the hot tub hadn’t been serviced but they sent someone out right away to fix the problem …so we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.

Heard from the neighbor that this property was recently renovated and whatever upgrades were made I certainly approve of. Tons of open space in the common area perfect for family and group friend time. The knives in the kitchen could be sharper and be suppied with a few more papertowels and other consumables but other than that this property is 10/10. Access to the shuttle stop across the street is perfect.

This was perfect for our group of 12 friends visiting Breckenridge for a ski trip! With such a large group, everyone had plenty of space in each bedroom and in the living area. House was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals at home. Hot tub was also hot and ready to go when we arrived! Great location directly across from the Grey bus stop which looped into town and resort areas. The team at Summit Mountain rentals was very responsive with any questions we had. We all agreed we’d like to stay here again for our ski trip next year. Thank you very much!

We stayed with 7 girlfriends to celebrate a 50th birthday. It was the last erfrct house to cook and stay in a cozy home on a snowy night! They had plenty of cooking supplies. Renter thought of everything! Not common to have that many supplies in a rental house. It was close enough to Breck to go into town and experience the local festivities. This is DEFINITELY a house we would rent again!

Within a reasonable walking distance to town and trails though also spacious and cozy enough to stay in, use the hot tub, and relax for our group of six friends. The property is well maintained and rooms are good-sized with nice bathroom access for all. Check-in and check-out were very easy. A great place to make many great memories— we even had moose walk through the back yard our last morning!

Five Texas sisters and spouses stayed here for five days to get away from our August heat. It was wonderful. The house was roomy, very comfortable and so well appointed. We cooked in every night before our games. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare delicious family meals. We used the bus (right across the street) even though we had 2 cars. So convenient! We enjoyed the crackling fireplace and the bubbling hot tub. There was nothing we needed during our stay that wasn’t provided. Looking forward to a return visit. This is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The perfect getaway .

The location was perfect! It was 7 mins to the volleyball courts in Breck. The house itself was awesome! It was just recently remodeled. I was able to go to the house to the right of this one and theirs is outdated. The amenities were great! Plenty of room for the big group we had. The hot tub was awesome! I would stay here again!

Long Weekend
The home was beautiful and pictures were right on with what the home actually looked like. The shuttle being right across the street from the home to downtown and the mountain was perfect for our snowboarders. The front door lock was a bit of an issue it was difficult to get open. I would come back and stay again.
