This home is a great spot! It’s literally less than 10 minutes to anything Tahoe. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, blankets and bedding. The one thing that really disappointed me was the beach access pass. We confirmed with several locals that each owner has a beach access pass that grants access to Incline Beach, private access. We gained it on the last day by renting a boat. It’s the prettiest place in Tahoe. Sand, clear blue water, shade, vollleyball, anything. I asked several times about the beach pass but was denied. When I go back, this will be the reason I choose a different location to stay.

Location is great, Only issue we had was that the unit was not very clean, floors were filthy. On site manager was able to get someone to clean the floors but it needs a deeper cleaning than just a mop & go. My white socks were black from just walking in the unit. Discovered Hair in both tubs. Management was suppose to get back to me but did not take care of it and had no follow up.

While the cleaning crew did a decent job preparing this property just before we arrived, they unfortunately could not have overcome some real problems:
1. Older or "re-used" furniture generated a somewhat "musty" atmosphere to the entire property;
2. Sliding doors in both downstairs bedrooms got stuck and were very difficult to open -- a real inconvenience.
3. The door on the downstairs bathroom would often stick to the point of not being able to open without a great deal of pulling from the inside or without someone else having to push from the outside;
4. Both the balcony and the outside patio gave the impression of "shabbiness" -- older, cheap plastic furniture and too crowded on the balcony; not a real inviting patio atmosphere -- "junked up."
5. The property was difficult to locate within the development since the unit number was indicated by a small index card on the front window. There was only one "official" parking pass instead of the two that were to be included.
5. Most distressful, especially for our fifteen-year-old granddaughter (who was staying in the single-bed "efficiency" on the first floor) was her encounter with a rat late on the last night of our stay. Needless to say, she was "freaked out" and spent the night in bathroom with the door closed.
>>From our perspective, we can only conclude that the unit's owner has obviously neglected this property, and we're hard-pressed to understand why Vacasa has not intervened to insist on improvements.

The property was in a majestic location. We enjoyed the sound of the streams flowing while we slept. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. The living space was spacious with comfortable couches, beds were cozy with plenty of pillows, there were games and puzzles, nice outdoor seating. The only drawback, I was disappointed the beach that was a 10 minute walk, is not a public beach. I did not see that till we had already booked the property. So it was a good thing that we had a car and were able to go to King's Beach. Sand Harbor Beach was full by 8am.

Very nice location and condo. Tons of potential..
Needs a bit of work and updating that a decent handyman could handle in a day or so. Worn out showerhead holder in the main bath etc... Would be ok if you were 4'6" tall.
Also needs deep clean. Why would you keep broken blinds and broken suitcase stand in the closet, a broken basket with a few decks of mixed playing cards, none complete? Then the cobwebs, lots of cobwebs.

Functional unit near the Incline Rec Center. Dealing with Vacasa was a bit cumbersome but the local rep was great.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is well stocked for a quick two night stay. We did not cook but brought food in. It faces a creak on both sides. Walkways were clean with a bit of iced over snow which was slippery and needed extra caution. I appreciate the management companies communication. We will definitely return.

This condo is spacious, with high ceilings throughout. The beds and couches are quite comfortable. However it's showing its age, and the photos on the listing are not recent enough. Kitchen needs new pots, pans, utensils, etc. Could use newer linens and decor throughout. Dated bathrooms, with shower heads that are too low for most people.

Very nice property! I’d suggest that the shower head in the upstairs bathroom be replaced 👍. I’d stay here again 😊

Great location, had trouble accessing upon arrival. Schlage lock wouldn’t work… otherwise, beautiful location, great for families, since upper and lower bedrooms/ baths.

Absolutely beautiful home in a very convenient location. Loved the walkability and proximity to stores, restaurants, and the casino. The home was also very clean with plenty of room to relax. The only negative is rude and inconsiderate neighbors towards my special needs son but that is no fault of Vacasa. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing weekend trip.

overall the pictures of the living room are right on but a lot of old stuff such as magazines and stuff in the closets which could just be thrown out. Google maps led us down the wrong way and very hard to find at night. The location is great and everything worked, just could use a clean up

I have already spoken to Vacasa about some of the inconveniences regarding closets and drains. There also needs to be a larger coffee pot. Found larger coffee makers, but no carafes to go with it. The kitchen and den were the best features for us. Our friends had a better bed and slept comfortably. The queen downstairs you roll to the middle.

My experience
this property was overall very clean and organized, it provided utensils, pots pans, as well as towels hand lotion and other shower necessities. The heater came in handy not to mention the customer service! Over all a very great experience, would love to book with them again.

Cosy condo in north Lake Tahoe, close to ski resorts.
Its a 2 BD and 2 BA property and a lounge room that has a couch with slide-out bed. The property is good for 4 adults. Lot of board games in the house. The kitchen was small but well furnished with all appliances. The main attraction for us was proximity to north Lake Tahoe (King's beach , sand harbor) and ski resorts (Mt Rose and Diamond peak). There are nice hikes about 1-2 miles away from the property. The only downside was the tight parking. Also the directions to the property can be tricky, so follow the directions that the vacation rental sends.

Loved the sound of the creek in the back yard, the fireplace added to the comfort from the chill of the night. Beautiful place, however the “3rd bedroom” is really a laundry/game room with a futon. It needs a more comfortable pad.

Great location
Great spot for skiing Diamond Peak. Quick walk to Ski Beach/Incline Beach. The house was clean, beds were comfortable & 2 bathtubs was a plus.

Creekside Retreat
Loved the outside deck- everything very clean, was quiet and lovely in the trees by the creek. We liked the separation of the two bedroom suites and the closeness to shopping.

Incline Village
Property was good - separate floors of the unit allows for teenager privacy, which was great for our family. The inability to enjoy beach or any facilities (gym pool) at the site was a bit challenging. Overall a good time.

Nice stay
Felt the deck could have been cleaner since we like to sit
outside. Deck was dusty and had to wipe off the chairs.

Lovely space, well laid-out and well-appointed. This was the perfect place for our short family ski adventure. Please note that the address provided does NOT show up on Google Maps. Ask for alternate directions or you might be driving in circles for awhile!

Great Creekside Retreat
The Condo was spacious and comfortable. There was enough room for my three children (13, 8, and 6). The location was close to shopping (Raleys, Wells Fargo, etc). The creek was relaxing to hear while the snow came down. Its a great family retreat or small group of friends.

Comfortable staying
The house is perfect for two families to stay as it has separate places in two floors, and the views of windows are really nice with snow outside. When we had issue with parking permit we got quick response via email with good solution and permit provided the next day, good management too.

Gathered here with friends and had a wonderful stay
Gathered here with friends recently and had a wonderful stay. Whether you are a family or group of friends, the two levels, upper and lower, offer common areas to gather as well as privacy and quiet corners to retreat to for relaxing, resting, or reading. The place is spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy a vacation in the mountains near the lake (which is only about a 10-15 minute walk from the front doorstep). The location is serene, wooded--very peaceful with the sound of the creek right outside the rear balcony. All you need to do is step outside the front door to enjoy the abundance of nature that surrounds you: some beautiful hiking and biking trails are within walking distance, and others are only a few miles away by car, as is Diamond Peak Ski Resort. You are also only a few minutes from grocery shopping, restaurants, and other Village amenities. A big plus for me are the showers: Good water pressure is always important after an adventurous day in the outdoors, and these showers are great! We definitely look forward to gathering here again in every season!
