Fantastic location. Contact with Vacasa was not good. Requested the door lock be looked at and it took 3 days. Also, toaster did not work and requested that and no response.

The view from this house makes it very enjoyable! Very nice complex to stay in. This condo does have quite a few stairs to get to front door, so hauling luggage up the stairs was a chore. BUT, we finally figured out that you could roll your luggage up the sidewalk beside the condo and go in the patio door. Only major complaint with this condo was the master bed; it was so hard and not easy to sleep in. Other than that, this condo is wonderful, plenty of room for 4 people and that view of Lake Dillon is amazing!

Our kids were staying with their mom, so we wanted a place that was close so we could spend some time with them as well. It worked out very well and was easily within walking distance to downtown Frisco.

Pros: great view. Loved living room and windows viewing Lake Dillon. Beds comfy. Heat worked well and easy to adjust. Cons: linens on the scratchy side. No dishwasher soap. No sugar. Tiny amount of salt in shaker. Snowed heavily. Stairs not cleared. Couldn't use hot tub as all snowed in. They finally cleared half way around hot tub after 24 hours. Only one hair dryer. Couldn't get water to turn on in master bath/shower, so we all had to shower in one bathroom.

The place is very nice with a great view. It was very clean and quite area. We had issues with the garage code. So we couldn’t use the garage which created a problem for parking. Sent several messages and was total a “local” would be by to fix the problem. It never was resolved.

Great Property and a beautiful view. Only thing we had trouble with was the garage door. Took about 10 tries with the code to get the door to go up. Then we couldn't get it to go down. Even changed the battery and that didn't work. Other then that it was a Great Stay !!

This is our third time staying at this unit. You cannot beat the view --watching the sailboats on Lake Dillon and the bikes on the bike trail. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Close to hiking and restaurants

We stayed for 7 days so was not a quick trip. Overall good condo with two bedrooms.
Pros:
Great location close to highway and all amenities.
Nice layout, bedrooms, comfortable beds.
Streaming services and Live TV, internet worked great.
Hot tub was nice, appeared very clean.

Cons:
Dishes in cabinet were dirty, clearly someone used dishwasher with no soap since none was present in kitchen
Very scarcely stocked kitchen, had to buy all necessities such as tinfoil etc
Grill was out of gas and VACASA and Owner would not reply as to how to get refill, I guess they expected us to buy a refill tank so it was useless during our stay.
Notified by Vacasa the day before our stay that we would not have access to the garage as advertised and that we would be compensated. We were compensated approx $55.00. I inquired as to why it was so little and they stated "Its our policy", kind of ridiculous.

Disappointed with the feature's, the pictures don't show the reality of the broken furnitures and electronics ( TV has lines) and kitchen with scratched pots and pans! Desperately need a tune up! Disappointed stay with Vacasa!

The location is center. Only 30 minutes to Breckenridge and Vail. Convenient to fast food and grocery. The townhome is spacious for 6 people and kitchen has all you need such as coffee, cooking oil, spices, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub too.

We were given totally incorrect check in procedures that did not apply to this unit! We were given what appeared to be someone's phone number to use to get in but that did not work! This unit DOES NOT HAVE an electronic key pad for entry! The streaming TV's are impossible to use as there are zero insturctions in the unit to assist guests. This was super frustrating. Vacassa finally sent a nice young man over to help but he could not get the master bedroom TV to work at all either. Super frustrating. Streaming TV's are worthless when it comes to getting local news, sports, and weather. Part of the plumbing in the tub in the master bedroom bathroom is about to pull out of the wall of the tub and needs attention.

This was our second visit to this condo--we love the views and the bike path is just steps away. We hiked for 4 days and this was a perfect location. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds.

We LOVED our stay at this property! It was perfect for us. We were attending a wedding in nearby Avon and this location was just what we were looking for! The property was well kept and the view out the back was awesome! We had fun drinking a cup of coffee on the small back patio and watching the sun rise over the mountains each morning. There was a walking trail that was near Lake Dillon. It was literally about 100 yards from our back door. We choose a route that was just under three miles! The perfect morning walk in the cool mountain air! We saw lots of little creatures along the way. Downtown Frisco was such a quaint little shopping area. Fun shops and some amazing restaurants! Butterhorn was our favorite for more coffee and some delicious breakfast and/or pastries. The towns of Dillon and Silverthorne were less than 10 minutes away with an outlet mall, movie theatre, Target, TJ Maxx and more. We hope to be back here n the future!

We went to Dillon/Frisco for a girls trip and we could not have asked for a better place to stay! The location was amazing, the hot tub was right next to the unit, the place was clean and well taken care of and we had absolutely no issues with anything. The views of the lake are incredible. Can’t say enough about how pleased all of us were!

And from the back patio I snapped the most beautiful picture I've ever taken, with freshly fallen snow, fog on the lake, and morning sun peaking over the mountains.
