Nice house layout and location, linens and towels could all use an upgrade, had trouble with wi-fi going in and out all week, Roku TVs did not work but someone did come out to replace a remote that got 1/3 TVs working, front door / locks need to be replaced as it is very hard to close and lock the door.

We had a great time staying at this house, and had everything we needed for our Spring Break trip. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was well maintained, and organized with security. We had one minor issue that we contacted the property manager about and they took care of it right away. I would recommend this house to anyone.

First time to seacrest. Loved the area. House was clean and inviting. Plenty of room. Navigating trams and beach took some getting used to. Pleasantly surprised by pool. Food at poolside stand was some of the best of our trip. Would definitely return.

Nestled between Rosemary and Alys beaches so it’s a close walk, bike, or tram ride to everything. House is nice, and property manager was very responsive. Couple of issues with appliances that need repair/replacing. We stayed during a week with heat index over 100°, so 2 of the 3 rooms on second floor took more time to cool down, especially since lowest AC setting allowed was 72°.

The home was beautiful and conveniently located near shops, the beach, and the pool area. Check-in was seamless and the property manager was very responsive to any questions.

An Amazing Vacation
We had such a wonderful stay at Seacrest Beach. Joseph and Kemp were great to work with. We requested more towels and rugs for the bathrooms and they had them delivered, brand new. They were very responsive with any question we had. The house was perfect for two families and in a great neighborhood. So much to do nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year.

Summer trip
Great house, had slight issue with lock getting in initially however property management was very responsive. Only issue is beach is extremely crowded but we rode bikes to public beach less than a mile from the home that was much less crowded.

Great Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach, our accommodations fit us nicely, we had enough room for everyone. Was disappointed the upstairs sectional was removed, made the family movie night not as cozy and comfy, but, still had the room.
Some of the beds could be upgraded, felt like we were caving in the middle of the king upstairs.
Would stay again, thanks for hosting us.

Family vacation
We loved the house and location. It was close to everything and walkable to most everything. We have stayed at several houses in Seacrest and will certainly be back. We love the pool and beach. The property management was very responsive to whatever we asked.

Beautiful home and great vacation spot
This was such a beautiful home, and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to spread out in the two living areas, two balconies and back porch, and the two masters which were all so nice and welcoming! It’s a very warm and inviting place with comfortable spots to land. Catching a tram was easy - right across the street- if we wanted to go to the pool (absolutely gorgeous and clean) or the beach. Close enough to walk to a few restaurants, a grocery, and coffee shops. The location felt private and set back from the front of the neighborhood but not too far away. Plotting our next stay already!

Amazing Property Mgr & house
We have rented through VRBO for years - this property mgr was by far the best ever. He was proactive & quick to respond when we had questions.
The house is amazing. Gorgeous decor & spacious - had everything we needed. The ice maker was the star of the show :) The back porch picnic table & grill were great extras.
The house is a bit of a walk to the beach & pool, but doable. Close to shops & coffee shop. Overall an amazing property & experience.
Last thing I will say - post pandemic crowds is no joke. Beach & pool were overly crowded- had to scope out spots around 7am/8am every day to get decent spots for each. Was OK but would have been better not to have to plan ahead & to have space to move around at will.

Great spot, perfect layout
My friend and I chaperoned seven girl teenagers for spring break. It was a great layout. The kids stayed upstairs and we stayed down. Right in the middle of everything which is good and bad. The week of Easter break was mayhem and there were more people in town than I have ever seen. Packs of roving teens everywhere. Felt sorry for neighbors with small children or no children. But perfect to keep eye on sneaky teens
