Upon entering the house the view is amazing. The home is nice and cozy but could be maintained better. Areas of the house were a bit dusty and the carpet was not the best. The hot tub cover and grill were covered in pollen/dust. Despite everything, it was a comfortable stay.

Yes lovely views because Summit County Provides them. This home has tasteful furnishings which the owners have obviously take care to select. But per previous reviews - some serious work needs to be done to fix things like paint, baseboards, dog clawed doors (who locks dogs in bathrooms?) and molded caulk in the bathroom, truly worn carpet and I have to say one very distasteful and worn mattress in the master bedroom (needs immediate replacement). Yes beautiful views and location. Yes the owners have made a nice effort to do some upgrades given the home was built in the late 1990s. BUT please fix the basics that past reviewers have pointed out.

We had eight adults and a dog at this property. over New Year’s weekend. Accommodated our group well. Plenty of dishes and linen for all. Minimal spices. Jacuzzi was nice. However the light went out on the balcony and master BR—seemed like a breaker, but none found. Garage is a tight fit for a midsize SUV. Two extra parking spots on site. Access to hiking/snow shoe trails within walking distance.
Host did not respond to repeated attempts to ask about amenities. Reached Vacasa management after much time on hold. If you have issues…getting ahold oh, I know it is stink. I meant to grab it out of it. It’s very difficult to contact someone.

We loved our stay at this cozy little condo that had sufficient room for the four of us. The private hot tub was a huge plus and the views were gorgeous. This location is an easy drive to Keystone and Breckenridge - very convenient! Thank you for a lovely place to stay to enjoy our family ski vacation! Would highly recommend!

Nothing is perfect…But everything is perfect. If you understand this, then you can’t make a mistake in renting this place. A great cozy condo. Both bedrooms downstairs had their own baths, the main floor had a bath too. Super convenient.
Hard to list all the perfect amenities. It’s obvious the owners of this condo put time and effort into making this a pleasant rental.

The place was super clean when we showed up. We came in pretty late and it was great to be able to just relax after the long trip. The views were amazing and we were very close to the venue that my best friend was getting married at. The whole area was gorgeous!

This townhome is located at the top of the mountain and has beautiful views.

There where great views but the inside needs updating and a good paint job. The hot tub had low water level and the property management asked me what would resolve the issue. More water? There was no hose or way to fill it myself and they did not seem to want to resolve the issue. A one and done stay for us

Good location, nice view but all is in details! Really can’t get a thermostat for $40-50?! The thermostat was old and was getting on every 5 minutes which made almost impossible to sleep at night for the whole family. Carpet dirty, towel’s dirty with some strange hair in it, water in jacuzzi dirty, no light in the whole bedroom, no batteries in the remote control, and so on… but most important Bed Bugs in the Bed! My wife was beaten really bad from bed bugs (if I could I can attach pictures) but the worst part is that I’m afraid we got them home with us on our clothes and luggage… we travel a lot and stay in different houses but this was one of the worst…

This was a super great place to stay. We loved it. Only thing I’ll say is the double beds down stairs are a little tight if you’re not sleeping with a significant other.

Came here with my 2 best buds. We each had our own bed and boy were they comfy. Other reviews had complained about the road/hill leading up to the garage, but there isn't anything to complain about. I rode up there with a Kia Optima without any issue; it's a normal hill, nothing to note negatively at all.
The living room had ample seating, a great smart TV to watch things on Netflix/Hulu/etc., and a fireplace.
The hottub was amazing and right on the deck outside, so easy.
Check in was so easy. They had a lockbox outside, so there is no need to talk with anyone in person, you just go to the house and get settled in on your own time. Same with checkout.
Loved it! Thanks for having us!

There is no “shared community clubhouse” included with this unit. The pool table, community hot tub, and picture of a clubhouse (AABB) are not included with this unit. This unit is almost 1000 ft above Silverthorne up a windy curvy rather steep road. The parking area is tight. We did get a Buick Enclave backed in the garage after a 20 point turn. Have to pull out about 3 feet of garage to open back hatch though. Unit has all kitchen items to cook meals. All appliances work well except coffee pot that is missing the plug in filter area. Water will run thru quick (weak coffee) and do not try and pour a cup before it’s done brewing or it will make a large hot mess. Beds were comfy. No remote for TV in master bedroom which didn’t bother us as we didn’t want to use it anyway. Hot tub was nice in evenings. Views are great. Quiet area. Couches were comfy. Unit is a bit crowded with furniture, throw pillows, and knick knacks but overall we had a decent stay here. Oh and the faux fur rug in living room is slippery! I about crashed and burned when stepping down from kitchen to living room. We folded the corners up to avoid a crash thru our 5 day stay.

We stayed at this cabin during my girls fall break and it was absolutely perfect! Not only was the cabin clean, but the beds, hot tub, views, just made it all a magical experience for our family! We left feeling that we were really going to miss this cabin and are already discussing another trip next year! The cabin has everything you could need, and the decor was just beautiful! If you’re looking for a cozy spot to make memories with loved ones, this is your spot!

The house was beautiful inside. I am definitely going to buy me a comforter like the one on the bed. We had such a great time. It was so easy to get in and out. Thank you for letting us stay 💓

We had a great long weekend away without our kids.

Everything was as described. Pretty nice view off the deck. We never located master bedroom TV remote. Not that big of deal since most people don't visit Colorado to be indoors.

Would stay here again
Contrary to some of the older reviews the place was very clean. It’s in an incredible location and I would definitely stay here again!

The views were great, but...
Awesome views of mountains and wildlife.
The hot tub was great and very relaxing.
The kitchen was adequately supplied.
If you have allergies or an aversion to the odor of decades of animal excrement or mold, this may not be the place for you.
We didn't use the master bath because of the mold in and around the shower. The second bath in the basement wasn't much better.
The furnace filter was so dirt caked it was coming out of the grill covering it. We purchased a new one.
All of the carpet smelled like years of half a**ed cleaning and stale urine.
There was dried ketchup on the coffee table and crumbs on the dining room table. The covid "frequently touched surfaces" cleaning may have been missed.
We were given a token credit for our displeasure that almost covered the allergy meds, inhaler, and furnace filter required to be able to stay, not to mention time taken from pleasure for cleaning.
Replace the carpets and the housekeepers and I'd probably stay again for the views and trails.

Fantastic stay
We really enjoyed the condo. Great, central location, nice private hot tub and very clean. We would recommend this to anyone staying in the Summit County area. It is very central. The neighbors were friendly as well.

Good home base for exploring Summit County
Our family of four spent a week here and the condo served us well. It’s close proximity to the Lily Pad trail, Buffalo Mountain trail, and several other drivable trail heads near Breckinridge was a big plus. We enjoyed the view and the chance to spot a bull moose from the deck.

Worked for a short weekend, but wouldn’t recommend
The place was certainly fine for a short weekend, but I wouldn’t stay again. The coffee maker carafe was broken, the garbage disposal clogged the first time we used it, the hand soap containers in every bathroom were empty, the cooking utensils and pan selection wasn’t sufficient for a group of 6, there wasn’t enough toilet paper left in the house for 6 people, batteries were missing from the TV remotes. The dishwasher was also virtually unusable because the door bumped into the stove, and you weren’t able to open enough to put dishes in the entire bottom tray. The double bed in the 2-bed bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. The hot tub worked great and was the main reason we booked this place so we were overall happy but wouldn’t stay there again.

The photos are accurate and the place met our expectations. We enjoyed our stay!

Great mountain stay
Overall we enjoyed our one night stay here. We especially loved how spacious it was, the location, and the hot tub on the private deck! I gave this a 4 star rating because you can tell there is some "wear and tear" here and it could use a few simple updates.

Beautiful home
The condo was beautiful. Well furnished. Great location, close to restaurants and many ski resorts. A little tricky to get to when it snows heavily but the roads were plowed by 9am almost every day. Only thing that was worrisome is the door to the hot tub deck has 2 locks. Even with the deadbolt undone, the handle locked behind us and we were locked out. Thank god we could remember the garage code, but we had to run through the snow in swimsuits to unlock the door. Brrrr. Otherwise, great place!

Pros:Location, view, nice linens, comfortable bed, gas grill, new kitchen appliances, good water pressure in shower, Dish TV, plentiful dish and hand soap, fast internetCons:Strong smell of cat pee in downstairs/bedrooms (we ended up sleeping upstairs on the sofa pullout), electric in master bedroom didn't work on outer wall so no power or light, not all jets in hot tub worked, only one thermostat so hot upstairs and cold down, tight parking, only small frying pans, small deck (really for one person), no shade on front door, dirty fans, no pen or paper, no recycling, no ice, only one keyBottom line: I would not stay here again unless the carpeting was replaced to fix the smell.

Great aspen views
We loved this condo, it had amazing views of the changing aspens all throughout the summit valley. The beds and couches were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion is to put a night light in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, great stay
I would definitely rent here again. Very good location. No real complaints, if I was the owner I'd have a talk with my cleaning service however.

Amazing views here
The views from this location are amazing. This was a good base location for our family to do some hiking and biking in the area. We also kayaked on Lake Dillon which is very close. We had 2 parents, 2 kids, and a dog and the space was good for this group. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Would stay here again.
