**** Le calendrier est toujours mis à jour et vous pouvez réserver la propriété en ligne **** Notre résidence de 2 500 pieds carrés a été construite en 2018 et compte 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains. Elle est située à seulement 4,8 km du centre-ville de Durango et à 30 km de la station de ski de Purgatory. Cette maison est située dans l'un des plus beaux quartiers résidentiels de la région de Durango et offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée d'Animas au nord, à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Durango. À une altitude de 300 mètres, profitez d'un environnement alpin avec des vues exceptionnelles, tout en étant proche de tous les équipements et loisirs incroyables que vous venez vivre à Durango. La maison dispose de la climatisation centrale et de finitions haut de gamme dignes d'une maison personnalisée neuve, tandis que la cuisine gastronomique généreusement équipée comprend une cuisinière à gaz, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Veuillez noter que la 4ème chambre est située au-dessus du garage et est accessible via une entrée séparée. Cette chambre ne dispose pas de la climatisation, mais d’un ventilateur de plafond et de moustiquaires pour les fenêtres et les portes. Il y a aussi un ventilateur pour garder la pièce fraîche pendant les mois d'été. Un véhicule est rangé dans le garage. Une place de parking est disponible dans le garage. Conditions d'annulation: Les annulations faites plus de trente (30) jours avant la date d'arrivée n'entraîneront aucune pénalité et toutes les sommes versées seront remboursées intégralement. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté et qui sont effectuées dans les trente (30) jours suivant la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation augmente jusqu'à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée pour recevoir un remboursement complet sans pénalité. Nous offrons une assurance de voyage. Great location, lovely home great property manager. Watched the wildlife department catch a mama bear and her three cubs and relocate to a more isolated area. That was a highlight! Would definitely go back to that house and would want to deal with that property manager!

This is our second time staying here and plan to come back again. The new hot tub is a great addition as with the A/C in the bedroom over the garage. The views are beautiful and the house has everything we could want. Walking the neighborhood can be a workout, but there's some great trails up in the Spring Hill neighborhood next door. Management is very responsive if you have any questions or problems during your stay. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay since February at 29 Timberline Drive. Such a comfortable home inside and out. Excellent location for all there is to do in and around Durango. During our short stay, we visited the Aztec Ruins, did the fabulous drive to Silverton and then to Ouray; spent a whirlwind day catching a photo op at Four Corners and then sprinting to Mesa Verde; one excellent day was spent shopping and eating downtown.We also built in plenty of time to simply laze around; this is a great place to relax and unwind - the sunset views from the deck are the best. Spacious, well-appointed, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated yet delightfully cozy. You can't go wrong with 29 Timberline for your next CO vacation- summer or winter!

The house was perfect for 7 adults and our seven month old grandson. Each bedroom had their own bathroom which was very nice. It had a fully stocked kitchen...we enjoyed cooking some of our meals. The views were gorgeous and we enjoyed the large deck with chairs and a large table to eat our meals. The house was so comfortable and inviting.

The home offered everything our group of nine needed. Great kitchen that was well equipped with indoor and outdoor dining capable of seating our group. The hot tub was clean and new and the garage was very helpful for storing bikes and outdoor equipment. One observation, the home is located about 1 mile from the end of the city pathway into downtown which made it hard to use our burley trailer straight out of the driveway. Recycling would have been utilized as well if made available.

Great location that is perfectly located to serve as home base for all there is to do in & around Durango. With incredible views, the spacious, immaculate home, is plenty generous for two families or more. Large, open concept living space with well-equipped modern kitchen and lovely living & dining space. The outside deck & hot tub are a real treat, especially at sunset. Most important when traveling, super comfortable beds & bedding and excellent shower & bath. Couple inquiries to property management were responded to quickly and the agents were friendly and knowledgeable. Durango has been our favorite vacation destination for 35+ years; now our adult children are vacationing in Durango with their children. After all these years, we have found our favorite vacation lodging. Can’t imagine staying anywhere but 29 Timberline Drive.

The property was delightful. It is close to town but has a rural feel. The view of the mountains was quite lovely.
The house was spacious. The 9 of is never felt crowded. The kitchen is well supplied.Each bedroom has a full bath even the room over the garage. The room over the garage exceeded my expectations. It was as comfortable as the main house. The propery managers were very helpful and responsive.
When we walked in we found a lighted Christmas tree and decorations. It created a feeling of warmth and home. We all enjoyed this home immensely. We expect to be back.

This is an incredible home and by far one of the nicest vacation rental experiences I have had. The property is pristine with plenty of entertaining space and it is ideal having an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. We also valued the deck area and taking in the gorgeous views. I would stay here again without a doubt in the future. Also the property management team was helpful and very attentive.

This is a gorgeous home as described on the website. Plenty of room (although it was just my two sisters and I). We each had our own bedroom/bathroom and having the TV in each bedroom was a plus. We had beautiful weather during our stay and did sightseeing during the day and hung out at night playing games. The back deck had beautiful views. Modern appliances and plenty of supplies to get you started. The rental agency was very attentive and offered their assistance if we needed it. Had a great time on our annual “Sisters’ Trip”.

Wow! Very beautiful view and decorated so nicely. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. The cleaning crew did such a wonderful job. This was 10 minutes from Durango RR and very convenient. We enjoyed the convenience of having a grill too. Lastly we all slept well in the comfortable beds.

This rental was awesome. It was the the most spotless vacation house I’ve ever rented and only a few miles from town which was extremely convenient. Kitchen was great with so many supplies that were in excellent shape. Beds were very comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. I was concerned that the bedroom over the garage was not air conditioned but it did work out because the nights were cool enough that it was comfortable for sleeping. And the view of the mountains from the living area and porch was unbelievable! Also the management company was very responsive and helpful. We tried many of the local restaurants- especially enjoyed Michel’s Corner Crepes and James Ranch. Good fishing nearby - also rode the Durango to Silverton Railroad which was awesome. Also rode bikes on the river trail and went to the hot springs nearby. I honestly can’t say one negative thing and would definitely rent again if ever back in the area! Thanks!

An EXCELLENT, GORGEOUS place to stay. Basically 10 minutes from everything. Very responsive management company. We were initially worried that the 4th BR would be too hot because it was uncomfortable when we first arrived (temps were hitting ~90F). But once it cooled down at night, it stayed a comfortable temperature if you didn't open the windows during the day.

We came exploring Colorado. Great please to stay. We really enjoyed all the space. We were not able to utilize the upstairs bedroom /bathroom as there is no air. The VRBO advertising should be cleared on that.

This house is in a great location for Durango. Convenient to town or going north on 550. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfy, view from deck was awesome! Only one issue...the 4th bedroom above the garage was so hot, even w/fans, that we could not use it. This house came with air conditioning but not the garage apartment. We knew that when we rented the house. Wanted readers of this review to know in the heat of the summer there are only 3 bedrooms. Management team was awesome and always responded when we needed them. I would rent this house again!

Several couples of old friends found this to be the perfect place to stay in Durango. Easy to find but still secluded we were on top of the area. Parking for our two cars was ample but May not be for more vehicles. The house provided great space for all and we had several memorable meals made in the beautiful kitchen which was spacious enough for several cooks. It was great to have nice grill to use and all appliances were clean and in good working order. Our only challenge was working the main tv but with so much to see and do in the area it was not important. The entry instructions were detailed and clear and the management company responded quickly to the one question we expressed. We intend to bring other friends who visit Colorado there in the future.

It’s rare that I think a listing’s pictures undersell a property - but this is one of those times. This place is perfect. What others have said about the upstairs “apartment” are true in that in the summer it’s too hot, but we had plenty of room in the main house for 4 adults and 3 kids. The back patio and that view are spectacular.
