La maison est entièrement ��quipée avec de nouveaux appareils, y compris un lave-vaisselle et une laveuse et une sécheuse sur place. Il existe de nombreux endroits pour s'asseoir et socialiser ou simplement se détendre. Mangez à la table de la salle à manger ou au bar de l'îlot de cuisine. La chambre principale apaisante abrite un lit king confortable et une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a un lit king et un vaste placard avec beaucoup d'espace pour vos dernières découvertes de vacances. La troisième chambre ou «chambre avec lits superposés» dispose de lits superposés avec une porte spectaculaire. Si vous recherchez un espace supplémentaire pour vos invités, le canapé du salon offre un canapé-lit queen supplémentaire. Les lits superposés et la 2ème chambre offrent une vue sur l'eau depuis les fenêtres de la chambre.

Les jardins sont magnifiquement aménagés et le bâtiment partage une superbe piscine chauffée de style complexe avec beaucoup de chaises, tables et chaises longues pour profiter d'une journée de détente au bord de la piscine. Pendant que vous y êtes, mélangez les boissons dans la cabane ou faites griller du poisson fraîchement pêché dans la jetée de Rod & Reel, accessible en vélo! Beautiful place and pictures don’t make it justice. Property was well maintained and pool was area was clean, peaceful and relaxing. Everything was to our expectations and more!
Not our first time on the island, but our first at Blissful Bay. We would recommend and stay there again.

This property is managed by a property management with multiple properties on Anna Maria. I noticed before booking that cleaning fees including a gratuitous “linen fee” and “resort fee” despite this being essentially an apartment in a quad plex. These fees more than double the nightly rate. Before arrival I had my phone blown up with multiple phone calls, texts, and no fewer than a dozen emails stipulating all the rules of the property which weren’t outlined upon booking through VRBO, such as the imposition of pet weight limits. This may be detrimental to a traveler who has a pet over 50 lbs and is ineligible for a refund after booking through the app. Overall, the check-in process was super overwrought, and I was called ahead of time to tell me that there would be no early check-in or late check-out. (Keep in mind, checkout is an unusual time of 10:00am with no option to extend to 11). When checking in, the electronic door code did not work and I had to stand in the heat on hold with the customer service line to get someone to fix it. They promised to reset the door code but nobody ever came.
The eye watering cleaning fees do not preclude the hosts from asking guests to do chores such as dishes and take trash out during their stay.
Upon arrival I noticed the exterior areas were quite dirty with visible grime and stains on the outside banisters, stairways, and gates. There are incredibly irritating alarms on each exterior door, which I am told is due to city ordinance for pool safety, despite there being no alarm on the main gate to the pool.
The inside of the apartment was clean, however there was a large window busted out and boarded up in my suite that had not been repaired - they just closed the blinds over it. Towels and cooking implements are provided but guests must bring their own toiletries, shampoo, olive oil, filtered water, etc. This VRBO is not like a typical one where these are supplied… it’s cheaper and more inhospitable. I was tickled to find a sign in the apartment stating that only one roll of toilet paper would be provided during our stay and beyond that we would have to go to the store and buy our own. Even the salt and pepper shakers were emptied out. This just seems penny wise/pound foolish.
I think “AMI Locals” might be a better option for lodging if they offered a more hospitable experience. Overall the only winning factor was the location. Next time I will pick a different place to stay on Anna Maria.

The property overall is as described. The location is convenient and the actual unit is pretty spacious. The biggest problem for us was we were a party of seven and it is advertised as sleeping eight people. The sleeper sofa is included in the eight people and we needed to utilize that to accommodate our group. The mattress on the sleeper sofa is horribly thin and very uncomfortable. You could literally feel each bar through it. We contacted management the very next day after arrival and they said they would send somebody, which they did, and he’d told us they’d find a solution. And, through communications via text, I was told something would be done about it. I kept asking and was ignored about it. It could’ve been solved simply by getting us a replacement mattress or an air mattress. Nothing was done! And we paid an exorbitant amount of money to stay at a place that was supposedly able to sleep eight and did not even sleep seven comfortably! The last of the rant is that they give you two dishwashing tabs. We didn’t realize that we only had two until the last day when we were being considerate and were going to run the dishwasher and empty it when they told us that they only supply two. So pound wise -penny foolish. We had to leave a dishwasher full of dirty dishes for their over wrought cleaners to deal with. Just dumb.

Great communication with property management. Excellent location (right across the street from the City Pier with a little beach, right by Pine Ave shops and restaurants, once you park you can walk to pretty much everything on the north side of the island! Even though other people were staying at the property we had time to ourselves in the pool area every day (but there is enough space and chairs to share the space even if we were all out there at the same time). Our only complaint is that the mattresses were so noisy, any little movement would make a loud sound and wake up anyone else in the room with you. Hopefully that can be remedied by the property owners because then the unit would be perfect. We did have a great time - Thank you!

Great communication with property management. Excellent location (right across the street from the City Pier with a little beach, right by Pine Ave shops and restaurants, once you park you can walk to pretty much everything on the north side of the island! Everything was immaculate and the food on this island was to die for. We had our own heated pool with a really cute place to sun bathe. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. This was our favorite vacation ever! The property was located right on the water, walking distance from an amazing pier where you could fish, buy food/drink, and see amazing views. Everything was immaculate and the food on this island was to die for. We had our own heated pool with a really cute place to sun bathe. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The property managers where very attentive and checked in frequently to make sure we had what we needed. We will be back!

My family loved the location, size and cleanliness of this lovely property. We walked the island and enjoyed exploring the beaches on both gulf Nd bayside. The very-close pier was beautiful day and night. The kitchen was fully equipped and all necessary convenience items were available. Plenty of outdoor seating and tables for all to enjoy while distancing safely from other residents. We really enjoyed using the grills and the heated pool since it was a little cool out. It was a great location to safely get away and unplug. The only negative was the beds and one bathroom door were creaky/squeaky and the bunk beds rocked a bit making sleeping difficult when two were sleeping in the bunkbeds. It would be great if that could be corrected. All in all, we had an amazing stay and loved Anna Maria Island as well as the location of this property!

We loved our stay in this condo! It’s just beautiful! We loved how convenient it was located to great places to eat! Make sure you have breakfast out on the pier right down the road within walking distance! It was delicious! The restaurant right across the street is fantastic too! It’s a very beautiful place to visit! The gulf side is awesome too!
