Ski on, ski off trailside condo at Okemo
Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir dans notre maison loin de chez nous. Situé à quelques pas du sentier Sachem, notre maison de ville à l'Okemo Trailside dispose de chambres sur trois étages. L'entrée est au niveau le plus bas avec une tanière avec une cheminée, une chambre avec lits superposés, une deuxième chambre, salle de bain complète et petit sauna. En haut des escaliers au deuxième étage, il y a une cuisine ouverte avec bar à petit-déjeuner, salle à manger et salon confortable avec cheminée. Le deuxième étage est complété par une troisième chambre et une salle de bain complète. Le troisième étage "penthouse" a la suite parentale avec lit king size et salle de bain en suite.
Profitez de votre café en admirant la vue magnifique depuis les curseurs en verre sur le sud du Vermont. Ensuite, planifiez votre journée - en été, profitez de la magnifique piscine en pierre des champs et du court de tennis, ou dirigez-vous vers la zone d'aventure d'Okemo pour des sensations fortes sur la Timber Zipper et le big air bag. Au printemps et à l'automne, profitez des sentiers de randonnée paisibles à proximité ou faites des antiquités dans certaines des villes voisines. Et ne manquez pas le magnifique feuillage d'automne!
En hiver, enfilez vos skis à la porte arrière du deuxième étage et descendez Sachem (vert) pour prendre des billets ou pour prendre l'ascenseur jusqu'au sommet. Ski maison pour le déjeuner ou une pause à tout moment. La cuisine est remplie d'épices, d'huiles et de mélange de chocolat chaud, de plaques à biscuits pour les friandises après le ski, d'une mijoteuse pour les repas faciles, et plus encore. La salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes avec de la place pour plus au bar du petit déjeuner et des chaises supplémentaires disponibles pour tirer pour les grands dîners de spaghetti ou de piment. Being a ski in/out condo has it's perks. We had a great day skiing and skied back to the condo content for the day. A couple of younger guys decided at 3:30 to go for a few more runs. They were up and boarding in about 2 minutes and got in a great run on Nor'easter and one other. Couldn't do that without a ski in/out unit. Cleaning was a little suspect and the dishwasher was still full of dirty dishes upon arrival, but made do. Thanks.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property and recommend it to anyone wanting an easy ski in/out location. Beds are comfortable and plentiful! Loved the 3 full bathrooms. One for each family. Host is super responsive!
Recommend that you grocery shop before hitting Ludlow though because Shaws is closed from the mud-slide in 2023.
Will book this place again next year if available.

House has lots of room to hang together and also have privacy. There’s a beautiful view of the sun rising over valley out the front. And immediately out back is Okemo’s Sachem trail. Riley is an awesome host. My family, including our 3-month old grandson, had a wonderful time! Thanks Riley!

We loved staying at this property over Presidents’ Day weekend. The location can’t be beat- literally 15 steps to the trail from the backdoor. The condo is great too- plenty of space! We had 8 people, and there were beds to spare, two tv rooms, so the kids had their own space and three bathrooms. The pictures are very accurate of the rooms and general condition.
The location is really amazing and the mountain was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again!

Can’t beat the location, walk right up to trail from back door. Teenagers loved the ski room right inside the door to keep everything. Parents loved having two living rooms!
The kitchen layout is great to cook and still be part of the group. We’ll stocked kitchen! Liked the crockpot and serving dishes. Provided all the essentials as well- detergents, trash bags, dish clothes, etc.
We didn’t have neighbors when we first got there but, some showed up our last night. Not sure if it was thin walls or loud people or a little of both but, we could hear them very well. The white noise machine was a nice touch and helped with the noise!

We have nothing bad to say at all. Riley was amazing - very pleasant and very communicative. The check in procedure was super easy. The condo was fabulous and the location couldn't be beat - it was literally about a 10 second walk to the trail. The three floors of the condo were great as there was plenty of space to separate and be alone, but the main living room and fire place easily accommodated us all. If I were to offer one complaint it would be that the pictures didn't do the place justice - it is much roomier in real life as noted in many of the reviews. The town of Ludlow was very cute and had a ton of food and drink option - a lot packed into a space space.

Big wedding weekend in Ludlow with friends! 7 of us stayed at FirstTracks! Plenty of sleep space and bathrooms…along with common gathering spaces. Riley, the owner, is always quick to respond and answer questions. Easy access to Ludlow…and hiking on Okemo as well as other hikes in area.

Comfortable, Spacious, Legit Ski-on Ski-off
Wonderful location! The condo building is literally 15 yards from the edge of the Sachem trail, and with the benefit of some natural snow as well, we literally skied directly to our unit's back porch. Friendly and helpful communication and information from our host Riley. The unit is spacious and accommodated with everything a family would need on a ski trip. We had a wonderful time and would 100% stay here again for our next Okemo vacation! Thank you!

Amazing location!
This townhouse is SO close to Sachem Trail. Just steps to pop on your skis. The bunk room and living space on the 1st level was perfect for the kids. The main floor living room had plenty of space for all 10 of us (6 adults, 4 kids) to play games. We enjoyed evenings by the fire and beautiful sunrise views in the morning. The drive into town is just a few minutes. The location could not have been better.

Great stay!
Although conditions were not the greatest our cozy, well equipped condo was waiting for us with open arms! Riley was the perfect host always at the ready when needed. Perfect for families. Great space allocation for adults and youngsters to have their own fun and quiet time. Close to trail but unfortunately Sachem was not open for us:( so a quick drive to the base was appreciated. Kitchen was very well stocked with all that is needed for any and all meal prep! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved this condo unit as it had the right number of rooms and bathrooms for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary items and plenty of spices and coffee/tea. The place was cleaned and well maintained. We would like to go here again when the skiing season starts fully at Okemo.

Room for everyone
We joined up with my husband's 2 siblings and their families for a weekend of skiing and birthday celebrations. There was plenty of room. Loved having 2 living rooms as the kids could get together while the adult could still have their own space (and sanity). All the beds were made when we checked in, which was a nice plus.

Young Skiers
We had a great time skiing especially my relatives from Florida. The condo was very close to the slope and made it easy or everyone-ski in and ski out.. The non-skiers enjoyed driving around the Vermont country side. The kitchen was well equipped and the dinning table large enough to accommodate all of us . The hosts were very accommodating

Amazing Slopeside House!
My friends and I have stayed in our fair share of mountain rental properties over the years everywhere from WV to UT. This place is the NICEST place we've ever stayed in! The cleanliness, the space, the location...all perfect. Everything was updated and there was plenty of room for 6 of us. All bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and all the beds and linens were very comfortable. The 2 fireplaces were perfect with plenty of firewood to burn. We were able to walk out literally 50ft and were on Sachem Trail, which is a nice easy green to go down. However, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the owners. They were the most responsive renters ever! I think the longest response time was maybe 5min. 5 stars, would recommend and would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Best Ski House at Okemo!
The ski in/ski out could not have been easier, just terrific. House was clean, well stocked, plenty of room for everyone, and very comfortable. A 170 degree sauna room was a welcoming warmth to frigid toes after skiing. Riley was always prompt and helpful in responding to any question via VRBO or call - - thank you Riley! We had a wonderful time and will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Okemo! The house was exactly as advertised and was so incredibly convenient to the mountain. We were able to easily come back to the house for lunch/breaks. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and used the kitchen to cook all meals. Everything was great would gladly come back to this house!

Superb Weedend in the Cold and Wind.
This property was perfect for my wife and I and our 4 adult children with their significant others. Great location just off Sachem which made warming breaks easy on this cold blustery weekend.

Cozy spacious ski in ski out condo
Great trail side condo. Sachem trail a few steps from back door. Main floor very cozy, kitchen, dining and TV. Spacious master bed and Bath up. All the comforts of home and host even provided firewood. We would definitely stay here again.
