The views were beautiful. The staff was friendly. The location was centralized and close to everything.

The pool was out of commission for a period of time. Breakfast was good, but it was inconsistent with the days that they had buffet and butler service, so it got a bit confusing.

The breakfast was varied and excellent. The menu was full of choice and entrees always well prepared. Service was in general at restaurant was good. The pool was charming! The room was spacious with gracious space and storage. Restaurant and room staff accomodating. Ocasional Walking security! Sometimes wondered why!

The noise from road below was intense and constant 24/7, providing headaches in outdoor spaces as opposed to quiet. This was the source of my main shock and disappointment! The blasting of music throughout the hotel during the day was continuous. (Perhaps it was to mitigate the noise from the busy road below). We,once late at nig asked them if the loud blasting could be turned down, and they willingly turned it off! Our "ocean front" accomodation was on the second flour and faced "the restaurant entrance", rather than the sea", with absoultely no vision of the sea. I had, prior to arriving, agreed to paying $30 dollars extra for a room with "an ocean view" but was given no consideration when explaining that our room was on a busy corner facing the entrances to the restaurant, in the direction of the ocean, but with no view of the sea. (# 205). I was told by the desk that I paid for a "direction" and given no consideration or discount. I, thus, found certain members of front desk staff extremely arbitrary, and their seeming inability to offer any accomodation or discount, questioned the overall fiscal policies of the hotel. One assistant assured me that if I returned, my preferences would be considered, however, for me that was mete as the noise would, more than likely, prevent me from ever returning again. By accident and chance, however, my companion was put in touch with a very old New York friend by the owner, for which he will be forever grateful, so there was some ordained good in our exposure to this unanticated experience.

The rooms was very clean, breakfast was wonderful and view was beautiful with nature.

I would like to have 2 free bottles of water inside the rooms when the guests check in from a far traveling. Thank you!

We liked the restaurant and staff

The pool was disgusting. It was very dirty. We were very disappointed. The amount of money we paid to stay there we expected more. There was no microwave or hairdryer which is typically standard now. Also, no iron in the room either.

The breakfast buffet was really good. The views from the dining area are amazing. Staff was very accomodating

The only issue I had was that the AC wouldn't turn off. It was sooooo cold. Otherwise no complaints
