The location was wonderful, with 180° wiev over the Atlantic Ocean. This modern villa is located in a very quiet area, and you have a little but well stocked supermarket with local specialties. The local staff (in our case Mr. Xavier) was very helpful, and satisfied all our requests!

Absolutely nothing!

This was an impressive property in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was immaculately clean and had everything we wanted to accommodate our group of a couple of families. It was very well kitted out with everything we needed, which allowed us to eat in several nights. The location was excellent, as we were regularly able to nip down to Calheta for a swim and a shop, as well as being able to easy set off for walks and locations all around the island. A lovely holiday home for a relaxing break

I was met by Pedro who explained all i needed to know about the property before leaving , the property was clean and bright and had off street parking for our hire car. The pool area was in the sun from 9am till late at night and and great for cooling down . Air conditioning controls in two areas which was great for keeping the living area a little warmer at night then at the other end of the villa the we set the main bedroom and ensuite air con to 19 which ment a cool comfortable sleep . The washing machine was great as it had a 30 minute cycle so we decided to make use of it at the end of our stay, which ment an easy unpack at home. Thanks pedro for a great stay. Gary & Debbie.

Great facilities. Excellent location.

A gorgeous new house with a stunning ocean view, situated in a quiet area. Definitely a great place to run away from a hectic city life and enjoy in peace all of the available time. Modern furnishings and immaculately clean and bright premises are filled with sunlight all day long. Sipping traditional poncha and reading my book while sunbathing beside the pool made my stay in that fabulous place a mesmerising experience.

A roadside traffic mirror might be of help when getting out by car.
