Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hat versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, ruhig und nahe zum Strand gelegen und es war alles da was man brauchte.

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu kritisieren gibt war es das Frühstück. Hier hätte es vlt frische Croissants, Aufbackbrötchen/Ciabatta oder so geben können. Aber ich denke es war typisch italienisch und wir haben uns damit schnell angefreundet.

Owner was fantastic. Welcoming and provided recommendations for restaurants and places to see. Provided info on public transport also. Arranged a transfer for us from the airport which was good value, reliable and convenient. Facilities at Room Anastasia were superb.... air conditioning and shower brilliant. Comfortable bed and a lovely clean and spacious room. Very secure location. Lovely pool ... clean and well maintained. Very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Great location... close to a great supermarket and a 2 minute walk from the beach.

Could not fault this place. Fabulous stay and superb value for money.

Rather difficult to reach restaurants and supermarket by foot. But there is a bus station very close by.

We spent a beautiful week at Paulo’s and it was an absolutely stunning place to stay. It’s a small walk to the local beach (which has plenty of restaurants to choose from) which goes on for miles and a bus journey into the central city for cafes & bars which takes about 20 to 25 mins with the bus stop within 1 min walk. Paulo makes you feel right at home from the moment of arriving and the pool and pool area is really quiet and relaxed. The local town close by has a beautiful restaurant called “BDO” which we highly recommend. We went twice and we recommend the “Crepe” dessert. It’s a 5 min journey on the bus. Paulo – Thank you so much for the breakfast and latte every morning. If you want to experience genuine Italian hospitality and warmth then Paulo’s little haven is the perfect choice. The possibility to arrange with the host to prepare dinner exceeded our expectations. This option is really worth taking advantage of!

Nothing wrong related with the accommodation. There are no ATMs, grocery stores, or newsagents in the immediate area (which can be reached on foot).

Great hospitality by host who lives in the same house with his family; however you have your own entrance to your room + private bathroom with a fancy shower. Bed is really comfy, AC if you want it, strong internet inside the room and in the garden which I was invited to respectfully share, including sun lounger, swimming pool and access to your own fridge. Pierpaolo even made fresh warm croissant every morning, plus espresso - all the Italian breakfast you could ask for. Place is accessible from Cagliari by a busline that runs all the way from central station to 5 minutes from the house (20-30 minutes), but for cars there should also be easy parking curbside. The same 5 minutes to the bus is also the distance to a very nice part of the beach, which is clean, with equal opportunities to either rent a deck chair & umbrella for very reasonable price or pitch your own equipment. Cannot recommend this option highly enough - will be back for sure!
